Chapter 9:WAIT OUR TEAMMATE IS WHAT!?!?!

(Ozpin pov)

The students had completed there initiation and it was now time to for the ceremony for assembling the teams based on what relics they had chosen from the temple in the auditorium

Ozpin:"from this day forth you'll work together as team CRDL led by Cardin Winchester"I said as newly assembled team exited the stage and the next four students appeared before me

"Jaune arc, Lie Ren,Pyrrha nikos and Nora Valkyrie you four retrieved the white rook pieces, from this day forward you'll work together as team JNPR led by Jaune Arc"

Jaune:"Wha-Led by?" He asked trying to comprehend what he just heard

Ozpin:"indeed congratulations" as Ms.Nikos playfully punched him in the shoulder causing him to fall over earning a snickering from the crowd of clapping students "next is Blake Belladonna,Ruby Rose,Weiss Schnee and Yang Xiaolong the four of you retrieved the white knight pieces,from this day forward you four will work together as team RWBY led by ruby rose" I announced causing Ms.Rose to smile gleefully as Ms.Schnee looked shocked at her meanwhile Ms.Xiaolong embraced her in a hug

Yang:"I'm so proud of you!"she enthusiastically yelled out as she hugged her sister

After they exited the stage our last group walked upon the stage comprised of Mr.(L/n) and the kiyoshi siblings I was bit surprised seeing (Y/n) hood was down and a tail swaying behind him revealing he was a Fox Faunus, a detail I wasn't aware of but that wasn't going to be the biggest surprise of the day

Ozpin:"and finally (Y/n) (L/n), Lilly Kiyoshi and Haru Kiyoshi you three retrieved the crimson king pieces, quite a coincidence that all three of you are the exact same species of Faunus but that isn't the highlight of the day, since your team is short a member I have made arrangements for a fourth member to join your team, one that Mr.(L/n) has a very unique bond with" I said causing (Y/n) eyes to widen realizing what was going to happen

Lilly:"a fourth member sir?"she asked confused by what I meant

Ozpin:"indeed" I said as I turned to face the double doors in front doors "you may enter now" I called out the second I did the doors swung open and Glynda was standing there as she quickly moved aside hearing mechanical thumping sounds approaching causing the students to turn and stare at the approaching sounds before RZ appeared seemingly eclipsing the sun from entering the room through the doors before entering the room miraculously not damaging the doors upon his entry

The second he did the assembly descended into a chattering uproar with students immediately clearing a wide path so that the towering mechanical behemoth could pass through without stepping on them and all the while nearly everyone pulled out their scrolls and began to take pictures and videos of RZ as he strode past them making its way up to the stage

Ozpin:"please introduce yourself" I said to RZ

RZ:"affirmative" he said as he faced the students "I am RZ-7580 a vanguard class titan, as professor Ozpin has informed you all will be joining this newly formed team,however my main priority will be to ensure the safety of my pilot, (Y/n) (L/n)" he said pointing its mechanical hand at Mr.(L/n) making the students begin to point at him and begin to chatter among themselves causing (Y/n) to rub his neck and look away awkwardly at the amount of attention he was receiving meanwhile both Lilly and Haru were both alternating between gawking at RZ and (Y/n)

I raised my hand to gain the attention of everyone in the room it was a couple minutes before they all quieted down but they continued to hold up they're Scrolls and pointing them directly at RZ

Ozpin:"as I was saying RZ will be joining your team as it's fourth member but his bond with Mr.(L/n) will remain its top priority therefore the leader of your team is you (Y/n) (L/n)"
