-Mana P.O.V-

"I've been thinking...Akashi always alone at home with his servants...I never see his mother before...".

"It was a nice meal, thank you", Akashi said politely.

"Sure...", I blushed.

"Hm...you look rather puzzled, what's the matter?", Akashi asked as if he could read my mind.

"Oh...it's nothing", I smiled.

"If you said nothing, there's always something", Akashi glared.

"Ah it's fine, it's not that important", I brushed it off.

"This is the first time I ate other food than my chef cook", Akashi sound delighted. "Oh...I see", I stop asking more further. "You seems intrigued by something...", Akashi stared me.

"Oh it's alright...".

-The next day- (TIMESKIP)

Indeed it was like what Akashi said, Rakuzan won the match against Shuutoku. Seirin is also procees to the finals from defeating Kaijou. "Just like what he predict", I snuffed. "Of course, I am absolute", Akashi overheard me. After the tiring match, the rest decide to went home, of course Midorima is a formidable opponent too.

In the other hand, I decide to stay up till midnight to analyze Seirin strategy, strangely Akashi also decided to stay late with me in my house...of course. We watched Seirin previous match at the living room.

"Hey...Akashi, you suppose to go home, just like the others-".

"I want to stay here", Akashi insist.

"Uh...why?".

"It's none of your business", Akashi scowled.

"Weird", I pouted.

Their strategy is run and gun, it's a high level offensive tactics that only few can do it, Seirin is definetely an Offensive type Team, their teamwork is good, their fundamentals also well trained, especially their respective skills are outrageous. Tetsuya misderiction seems to developed into new form, Taiga zone is entering the second stage, Shun Izuki Eagle Eye, Junpei Hyuga Barrier Jumper, Teppei Kiyoshi vice claw...too many threat.

"I love the way you furrowed your chin when you're analyzing", Akashi chuckled.

"Oh...really?", I blushed.

"Yes, your face looks idiotic", he smiled sarcastically.

"This guy...", I looked at him annoyed.

"If you're only here to mock me, please leave, I'm concentrating thinking about the analysis", I said seriously.

"I know", Akashi nodded.

"Akashi...what if you lose?", I asked abruptly

"What if I lose you say?", Akashi growled.

"It's not that I'm hoping if you lose...I'm just thinking about the 'what if' scenario...if you lose...then you won't tell me?", I asked sadly.

"Unfortunately a promise is a promise...if I lose I won't tell you...if I lose...that means I'm not ready to tell you the truth yet", Akashi frowned.

"That is so unfair", I trailed off. "Why you never tell me anything?". Akashi looked at me bitterly, he was dumbfounded.

"I hate you", I burried my face on my pillow.

"It's okay for you to hate me", Akashi said emotionless. "I'm not asking for your understanding, if you don't understand so be it".

"Huh?".

"I don't want to make more conflicts and misunderstanding, if you want to leave me then leave me", he said sullenly.

"I don't really understand what he's saying...".

"Looking at your dumb face irritate me", Akashi glared.

"Uh...I...", I frowned.

"You might not understand, but I expect you to understand", Akashi sighed in desperation. "If you don't understand, I can't force my thoughts on you".

"Somehow...Akashi is getting mature...he used to be so annoying".

"Your dumb face is annoying", he complained.

"He's annoying", I resent.

-Akashi P.O.V-

"I can't tell her the truth...our seperation was caused by none other than the adults selfishness"

"I don't get it", her face showed no emotion.

"You're so slow", I gritted my teeth in anger.

"I am apologize for being slow", she pouted.

"If you could just wait...a little longer...".

"Akashi, what do you think?", she asked.

"About what?".

"Seirin", she replied.

"Taiga Kagami is the hardest part", I said.

"You're right", she nodded.

"It's already eleven...", I glanced my watch.

"I'm sleepy...", she yawned.

"Sleep then", I scoffed.

"No..I can't...", she draw her strategy on the paper. "Akashi...let's discuss about tomorrow...".

*  *  *

"In the end she fell asleep", I squinted.

Mana fell asleep on the sofa. And I carried her slowly to her bedroom. Slowly putting her on the bed...covering her weak tiny body with a blanket. "Ah milady-". "Ssssh", I gesture her maid to stay quiet.

"I'm sorry", her maids said sullenly.

I nodded quietly as I stared her innocent face.

"I will win...", I peck her forehead.
