"Mr. Jeffrey, may I please be excused?" I asked my English teacher.
"Sure." He replied. I got up and walked out of the classroom, heading to the restroom.
"Gabriel, please. Just give me a chance." I heard a familiar voice say behind me. I turned around and faced Reggie, as he walked up to me and gripped my waist.
"Move, Reggie." I took his hands off my waist, then remembered what Muncho had told me. "Hey Reggie." I said, turning toward him.
"Yea?"
"You wouldn't happen to know a Kylan, would you?" I asked him. He smiled deviously, then quickly wiped it away.
"Naw, ion know no Kylan. Why you ask me that?"
"What's yo name on the street?" I asked, putting my hand on my hip.
"Why?"
"What's the name?"
"Goofy. But why any of this matter?" He grabbed my hands and pulled me closer to him. "All that matters is us, baby." I snatched his hands away and slapped his face.
"There is no US! Where the hell is my sister, nigga?!" I yelled as my voice echoed through the empty hallway.
"Gabriel, I don't know, baby. I swear."
"You're lying. I know that you know where my sister is, and that you know Kylan. I'm not stupid, my nigga. I does my research. Tell me where my sister is and I won't call 12." I said.
"You wana know where she's at?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and nodded my head.
"Don't play with me Reggie." I told him. He grabbed my waist, pulling me closer to him, then whispered in my ear,
"She's right where I want her."

It's Monday, and since we leave for California Wednesday, Kylan and Reggie are taking me shopping to get some clothes, underwear, girl stuff, and all that. I was so happy and appreciative for Reggie and all the hospitality he shows me and Kylan. He took both of us in at a time of need and I thank him so much.
He has to finish school so he isn't going to California with us until school is over. We're going to live with his cousin, Alberto, in San Diego.
"Baby, you ready?" Kylan called to me, walking towards the front door.
"Yea, here I come." I grabbed my purse, a Dr. Pepper, and headed out the door.

We pulled up to the mall and I immediately went to Starbucks. Starbucks is life. ❤ After that, I headed into Wetseal. I grabbed a flower pattern bandeau and a pair of high waist jeans. We went to American Eagle and I grabbed a few shirts, including a white one with Cali written across it, and some shorts. Victoria Secret was next, and that's where I bought all of my underwear. I also went to Hollister and bought some shorts, bathing suits, sandals, and some cami's. My last stop was at Journeys, where I got a pair of all white All Stars and a few pairs of Vans. I wasn't done, but Reggie said he'd give me more money once we were leaving for California.
To stop all the annoying calls from everyone, Kylan's getting me a new phone in Cali and to keep from getting caught, I'm dropping out of school. The stripping is getting me numerous amounts of money, and it doesn't require education, so I'm set for life.
"Did you get everything you need?" Reggie asked me, draping his arm over my shoulder while we walked to the car.
"Yea, for now." I answered.
