"-and a large lemonade please." Brendon said, finishing off our order. The pretty blonde headed waitress nodded, her pony-tailed hair bouncing as she did. She walked off into the kitchen.
He'd brought us to this sweet little restaurant in downtown Vegas. The tables were lined with red and white checked table cloths, the back of the chairs adorned with a ribbon of the same pattern. The walls were panelled: Dark wooden panels and cream-white wallpaper in the middle. On the ceiling many chandeliers were on display, brightly shining over our table. It was really quiet when we were in there. Just a few people coming in for late lunch like us. Of course, some people stopped by our table to get pictures or autographs from Brendon. He didn't mind. He loved making his fans happy.
It was fancy, in a full sum up. A bit too fancy for lunch. But Brendon was paying.
"Hey, Brendon, thanks again for buying lunch and also for letting us stay with you for the week. It's real nice of you." I thanked him.
The table had six seats. On the one side of the table was Electra and myself. On the other side was Brendon and someone else was going to turn up, but we didn't know who. And at the ends of the table were two other chairs, one occupied by Kyle and the other vacant.
"No problem, Patrick dude. You don't need to keep thanking me." He said quietly as he looked at the door. He was eagerly waiting for his guest.
"Oh. Electra, I know Patrick plays instruments and stuff and he's got real potential, but how about you? Do you play anything?" Brendon asked my beautiful girlfriend. His eyes were still glancing back and forth from us to the door.
Electra cleared her throat. "Uh yes. I play the bass guitar and a bit of the regular guitar. Patrick taught me regular." She said, grabbing my hand from under the table an squeezing it.
"That's awesome Ele-" Brendon stopped and jolted up out of his seat. He ran to the door and engulfed someone in a hug. The person was a considerable amount taller than him, but his head was tucked into Brendon's shoulder as they hugged.
Brendon pulled away from the gigantic stranger and walked him back over to the table.
The man had dark brown hair that was stuck up in a quiff at the front just like Brendon's, but the man's was a little looser than Bren's and kinda floppy. He had dark blue eyes that narrowed underneath. A small bit of stubble was present on his chin. The floppy-haired stranger wore a white t-shirt with a navy-blue blazer on top. He wore black skinny jeans (and they were quite skinny against his 10ft legs) and black and white converse.
He sat down at the table, opposite Electra, and smiled at us. He put his elbows on the table and joint his fingers together like he was an evil mastermind who was gonna say 'ah. I've been expecting you.' Or something.
He then stuck his hand out to me first, I shook it. Then to Electra and she took it, her cheeks reddening by the second.
As he shook Electra's hand, he said, "Dallon Weekes. Hello. Nice to meet ya."
Oh! Dallon! That's why he looked so familiar.
Dallon connected his fingers together once more and carried on smiling at Electra and I.
"I hope you don't mind but I ordered for you." Brendon said whilst tucking his chair beneath the table.
"Yeah man. No problem. You always order what I want anyway." Dallon said back to Brendon.
"Brallon." Electra uttered as quietly as she could. I smiled, laughed slightly, at her remark.
Dallon cocked an eyebrow. "Did you say 'Brallon'?" He questioned.
