The whole week literally flew by. Patrick and I made it known that we were dating already. I know it's kinda soon to be dating him considering that I barely knew him one day. But, I don't know, I just had this feeling inside that he's the one. He's so cute and funny and talented. He even sang to me yesterday. Oh my god. His voice is like an angelic choir. He sang The Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson. It was possibly the best thing I'd ever heard. Almost as good as the original. C'mon. No one's better at singing MJ songs than MJ himself.

I invited Patrick over to my house, seeing that I spent most of the week at his. I wasn't sure how my mom or stepdad would even react. I've had one other boyfriend in my life and that's it. Yeah, that was two years ago. Alex, was his name, was kinda nice. But at the time I was head over heels in love with him. And then he cheated on me. It shows just how many people you can trust.

So, I invited Patrick to come to my mom's house. I didn't want him meeting my dad yet as my dad is pretty protective over me... He just can't know what I do to myself. Actually, no one knows what I do to myself. But anyway, it was three pm on Saturday. It was a nice day, finally. I threw on a Simple Plan t-shirt, but I put on a thin long sleeved shirt underneath, and I was wearing blue jeans. I waited for Patrick in my living room.

Okay, my house is pretty big. It's one of those big ones in Glenview. My stepdad had a pretty good job. So, the living room is big. Very big. We've got a corner couch and a huge flat screen TV on the wall.

I sat on the couch, leaning on the back, looking out the window. I told him to come at three. It was gone three. Was he coming or not? My little sister Anastasia walked in. She's thirteen. She saw me waiting by the window.

"He's coming, don't worry." She soothed. She's a great sister. We don't even fight anymore. I smiled blankly. She came and knelt on the couch too, looking out of the window.

"Does he drive?" She asked. I nodded.

"What car does he have?"

I shook my head and shrugged my shoulders.

"What does he look like?"

"You'll see when he gets here."

"Wait, what's even his name?"

Oh, hadn't I told her? "It's Patrick. Stumph."

She giggled.

"Hey, no laughing at his name when he gets here, okay?" I warned her.

She stopped laughing and drew her lips into a line. "Affirmative."

I laughed at her.

"Is that him?" Anastasia blurted excitedly.

A car had pulled up in our large drive. The car looked kinda old and beaten up, but it drove okay. Patrick stepped out. He opened the back door and took out his gray backpack. Oh yeah, he's staying the night.

"Okay move. Move! All forces are ago!" I yelled. I played this kind of army game with Kyle and Ana everyday, so if something big happened, we'd have to kinda talk in army speak. Anastasia leapt off the couch the same time I did. She stood at the bottom of the spiral stairs and yelled up them.

"Harry! Kyle! Get your asses down here."

Kyle bounded down the stairs, almost falling into Anastasia. Harry trudged down the stairs in true fifteen year old boy fashion.

I stood by the door, waiting for him to knock.

He knocked on the huge wooden door. My heart probably did thirty-eight backflips, as did my stomach.
