"Diego came to this facility about five months ago. His condition wasn't good at all" Olivia started to say
Five months ago? He's been gone for eight... so where was he the other three months?
"We've made some progress with him but as I'm sure you know he can have a temper problem and most of the time doesn't comply with us which makes helping him hard. As for why he's not here right now he's been put in isolation."
"Why was he put in isolation?" I asked trying to keep my calm
"We found pills under his bed and this is a rehab Raegan, we're trying to help him but he keeps pushing us away. Which is why we are transferring him facilities. He needs more than just drug rehabilitation. He's not in his right state of mind and he needs help that we can't provide here"
I took a deep breath. Trying to process everything. It's like every time I think everything is going to be okay something shitty happens. I don't understand. It's hard to keep up with all this.
"Where are you sending him?" I asked looking down at my hands that were resting in my lap
"To a facility in Nevada" Olivia said answering my question
I snapped my head up. Nevada are you fucking kidding me? No! They can't do that.
I bit my lip in order to try to keep myself from crying. But wait... who and where did Diego get the pills from? If it was from another person here she would've said it was right?
"I- um has anyone else visited Diego here besides me?" I asked nervous for the answer
"That was a question I was expecting let me check his visitor log" Olivia said turning back to her computer and typing some stuff in
I swear if anyone has besides me that I know they are going to be in deep shit.
She turned back towards me and said "Yes we have three people that have visited since he's been here. We have Candy Williams, Annie Smith, and just the name Jessica"
My heart sank to my stomach when she said Jessica's name. Candy I understand that's Diego's mother. Annie Smith? Who the hell is that. I've seen her comments on Diego's post but who is she?
My mind went back to Jess. She lied to me. All the endless thoughts started in my head of what they could've been doing and talking about. I couldn't. I quickly excused myself and ran out to my car.
