22.Jay

I went around looking for jade because i wanted to make sure she wasn't being serious. While i was looking i bumped into Amanda

"oh so you made it..hang in why are you crying the ceremony hasn't started yet"

"im sorry jay..i really am"

"okay what happened" amanda was unbalanced looking as if she was about to fall

"im sorry" that all i could make out from her tearful words

"are you drunk"

"yh" she started sniffling hard to keep back everthing

"please go to my dresser i have some coffee in there. fix yourself up and calm down before you start feeling sick.. i need to go find jade but if you need anything just ask Maisie"

"yh Maisie isn't really on my side. she hide my invite"

"oh yh i didn't know that"

"why are you being nice,why are you helping me"

"i don't know probably because i have had enough of fighting against you im doing it for eva"

"oh okay"

she thanked me and walked to my dresser.

i looked around every corner trying to find jade.

"jade what are you planning"

"nothing but just know i have special suprise for you" replied jade

then before i could ask what it was maisie came out of no where shouting at everyone to get into place.

"go across the road to thw church becuase all the guest are waiting. everyone go except for the bride..come on hurry up"

We all went over to the church and took our places,the music started playing and everyone stood up to admire the bride that was about to walk down the isle. we waited and waited but no one came and then i saw her. i was taken back by her beauty. her eyes shone in the light and her dress sparkled like a true princess. She walked gracefully smiling at everyone she passed and hand in hand with her Mother. behind her were Maisie and jade holding her train and dropping flower petals behind them. finally the music stopped and she stood in front of me, i placed her veil over her head revealing her true beauty.

"you look amazing"

"thank you" her voice was softer than usual. Then the ceremony officially started.

"We gather here to unite these two people in holy matrimony." announced the priest. he continued with his speech

"The essence of this
commitment is the acceptance of each other in entirety, as lover,
companion, and friend. A good and balanced relationship is one in
which neither person is overpowered nor absorbed by the other, one
in which neither person is possessive of the other, It takes a special effort to grow together, survive hard times, and be
loving and unselfish" i smiled at eva showing that i couldn't contain my excitement.

"Do you both pledge to share your lives openly with one another, and
to speak the truth in love? Do you promise to honor and tenderly
care for one another, cherish and encourage each other, stand
together, through sorrows and joys, hardships and triumphs for all
the days of your lives?"

"we do" replied me and eva

"Do you pledge to share your love and the joys of your marriage with
all those around you, so that they may learn from your love and be
encouraged to grow in their own lives?"

"we do" responded me and eva

"May these rings be blessed as a symbol of your union. As often as
either of you look upon these rings, may you not only be reminded of
this moment, but also of the vows you have made and the strength of
your commitment to each other.

eva and live each day
with kindness, understanding, truth, humor, and passion. With this
ring I thee wed. "

i took her hand and repeated after the priest placing the ring on her finger

"Eva, please repeat after me ...

I Eva, promise to love and support you jay and live each day

ring I thee wed."

Eva froze and just stared deep into my eyes

"go on eva" i encouraged her to just say it. i started feeling anxious as the guest began whispering.

after a while she took a deep breathe and began repeating after the priest placing the ring on my finger.

"okay before i pronounce you man and wife do you have any vows prepared"

"yh" i said

"okay jay then eva"

i took out the paper from my pocket and started reading it making sure to pour my whole heart into these vows.

"With this ring, I give you my promise

that from this day forward
I will give you all my love,
and you shall not walk alone.

As this ring has no end or beginning,

I remember the first day i meet you,my heart beat was uncontrollable so I went inside and brought you the most beautiful fower, one that would remind you of your constant beauty. you told.me that the flower had a deep meaning to you as it wws the flower your father last gave you before leaving this earth behind. i wish i could meet him and tell him what a wonderful person you truly are,if he was here then he would be so proud of you. as i finished eva wiped a tear that was hanging on my eye. the guest gave us a round of applause before settling down to hear Eva's vows.
