A ghost.

That's what he assumed his pack thought he was from the shocked looks he was getting. Alexander sighed in frustration.
His name whispered all around him yet no one was doing the one thing he needed them to do. They were just gawking at him as if he was an exhibition.

Damn idiots

"Do I need to rip one of you petrified assholes' throat for you to get my brother" he snarled at the crowd that had gathered around him, among them a beautiful sandy blonde haired girl in a turquoise sun dress standing next to a bulky dark haired man gasped "it's you" her statement automatically drew his attention to her.

"You!" He glared at the girl "What's your name?" The girl looked baffled,"me" she stammered pointing at herself with her forefinger. "Yes you!" he growled impatiently. "Am Cara" she spoke hesitantly. Alexander nodded waving his hand dismissively "Cara is it?, why don't you make yourself useful and find me my brother." He growled at her when he saw she wasn't moving. "Don't just stand there start walking"

"Sorry" she mumbled at him her voice sounding squeaky. She tried to move but her feet seemed to be stuck.

Pathetic
He pulled her towards him aggressively and that is when he felt the sparks. He forced her face to face his using his free hand while his other hand firmly gripped her waist.
"Why the fuck won't you move?, And what did you mean by it's you?" he snarled, ignoring the sparks running throughout his body, his face so close to hers she could practically feel the warmth radiating off him.

"I didn't mean anything " she lied trying to put on the most convincing face she could. She wiggled trying to free herself from his hold but failed miserably.

"The truth, before I rip it out of you" he growled his claws digging into both her waist and face at the same time, drawing blood.
Cara gritted her teeth then growled "I've seen you before in one of my recent visions, I am seer"

"Cara the seer" he purred then smiled making butterflies erupt in Cara's stomach, that was until he loosened his hold on her scoffed and started laughing at her hysterically. "Seriously you delusional thing are my mate, I can't even hold you without you fidgeting, God forbid I fuck you and now you tell me you're a seer, you do know seers are fictional characters in books children read to make themselves feel better, what next? you can fly?" He rolled his eyes at her.

Cara stomped her foot on top of his and slapped him right on the face. The crowd gasped. "Where I come from people don't refer to their mates as things Alexander" her hands flared out emphasising every word she said.

"So" he frowned. A very confused expression plastered on his face.

She glared at him, "So ask me nicely or go find him yourself"

"Okay" he shrugged then let go of her and started walking towards the pack house.

"Where are you going?" Cara screamed.

"To find my brother on my own, that's the most likely place he would be, him being alpha and all" he said pointing towards the pack house.

"And here I was waiting for an apology" Cara mumbled.

"You can die waiting" He snorted. Then continued walking.

She grabbed his arm but let go when he growled at her, "so you can touch me but I can't touch you?" She questioned. He didn't respond, just stared at her for what felt like a lifetime but was probably a minute. Cara rolled her eyes and sighed, "your brother went out with my sister on a date"

He smiled then winked at her "finally something worth listening to comes out of that pretty little mouth of yours, why don't you go mingle while I find my mother instead, I'd love to surprise her, just don't mingle with any guys, don't look at them, don't talk to them, don't you even dare go near them especially that bulky guy you were standing next to" then his face turned serious "because if you do you'd be the one to blame for their deaths and no one else, pathetic or not you're still my mate and I am a very possessive and selfish man"

Cara glared at him "I am not pathetic what I am is unfortunate to be mated to you, you brute"

She felt him move closer to her then his teeth grazed the spot on her neck where his mark would lie, "are you sure about that?, am quite the catch" he pulled back and gestured to himself using his big callous hands raising them up and down his body.

"Stop testing my patience Alexander" she snarled at him.

"Wouldn't dream of it" he exclaimed then smirked at her before kissing her neck then pulled back and smiled at her.

"What's going on here?" a voice boomed behind them, Alexander stood paralysed and Cara was the only one out of the two of them that turned around and that was when she saw she was staring into the face of an older man that looked a lot like Alexander.

"Dad" Alexander croaked, slowly turning around to stare at his father.

"Xander" the man gasped.
