~ Kirstie’s POV ~

I cannot believe he cheated on me! That jerk had the nerve. I have four guys that will beat the pulp out of him, especially Scott. He is like my big brother. I am in real need of comforting but Scott and Mitch, my usual go to, are out of town visiting family so I decided to text Kevin.

 Me: Hey Kurvy! Can you come over?

I immediately got a response.

 Kevin: Sure. Do you need anything?

 Me: A shoulder to cry on….

Kevin: OMW.

After about five minutes a knock came from the door.

Finally! I thought I was going to die in pain alone.  I thought to myself.

~ Kevin’s POV ~

“What’s going on Kirst?” I asked as she opened the door.

She just ran into my arms with tears running down her face.

“Oh Kirst…. It’s okay. What’s wrong?” I asked again.

“Jeremy…cheated…”

Those two words broke my heart. How could anyone hurt Kirstie especially like that? She is amazing, sweet, kind, beautiful, and down to earth. Wait; do I have feeling for her? I thought for a moment…yep. I got feelings for Kirstie.

I just need to be there for her.

“Kevin? Are you okay?” Kirstie asked while letting go.

“Yeah, just thinking.” I told her.

I grabbed her arm and pulled her back into a big hug.

“Thanks Kevin. I don’t know what I would do without you.”

“Me either.”

“Wait, what?”

“I love you Kirst.”

“I love you too Kurvy. More than you know. Thanks for always being here for me.”

“I will do anything to make you happy.” I tell her.

She leaned close and kissed me.

~ Kirstie’s POV ~

I just kissed him. That took so much gut to do. Before I knew it Kevin is kissing me. Gosh, I love him.

I broke the kiss and asked, “Are we…”

“A thing? Yeah. We are a thing.”

I just smiled and hugged him.
