Ever since Mitch woke up this morning, he's been stressing out about the Christmas party we are hosting. He was basically running around the house like a chicken with it's head cut off.
It's thirty minutes till everyone arrives and we are putting the finishing touches on the decoration, setting all the food out on the table, and clearing a table for all the little secret Santa gifts that everyone is bringing in.
"Ding Dong! We're here!" Kirstie announced.
"Hey Kirstie! Hey Jeremy!"
"Where would you like the secret Santa gifts?" Jeremy lifting his hands up, motioning to the gifts.
"You can set them on that small table beside the food." Mitch said, pointing over to a small mahogany table that my mom gave us.
"Sweet."
Not to long after Nicole, Jason, Esther, Darrien, and Kevin arrived, but no sign of Avi yet.
"Does anyone know where Avi is?" Esther asked no one in particular.
"He said that he is coming, but he has to go pick something up." Kevin replied.
Everyone decided that they just wanted to wait for Avi so everyone started drinking eggnog, champagne, or coffee.
"Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas!"
We all started at Avi who was dressed up as Santa, but with a red beanie, carrying a big red bag. He even sprayed his hair white.
"Oh my god, Avi. What are you doing?" Esther asked.
"I'm Santa, duh?"
We all laughed and began eating once Avi got settled.

"Okay, time for secret Santa." I announced.
"Me, me, me! I want to go first." Kirstie said, jumping up and down.
She got up and got a small bag from the table of presents.
"This is for you Kevo."
When Kevin looked into the bag, the smile on his face grew like ten times.

"Oh my goodness! Kirst, this is awesome. I'm going to wear it as soon as possible. Thank you so much."
This continued until everyone, but Mitch and I have gotten our gifts.
"This is for you Scotty. To capture all the best moments." Darrien said with a smirk.

"Now it's my turn, and we saved the best for last."
I got up and grabbed Mitch's present from the drawer in my nightstand.
When I walked back into the living room where everyone was, Darrien had the polaroid out and started taking pictures. I walked over to Mitch and got down on one knee.
"Mitchy." He put his hand over his mouth. "I love you so much that my words cannot even explain my love for you. You know I'm not very good with words, but you know me and what I mean. And... And I totally forgot what I wanted to say. I'm such a mess so let's cut to the chase. Mitchell Coby Micheal Grassi, my love, my darling. Will you give me the most incredible honor of marrying you?"
Mitch nodded. "Y-yes. Yes please."
I got out the ring and placed it on his ring finger. Before releasing his hand, I kissed his ring. He then brought me into a kiss and a hug. Then place a small peck to his head.
"Okay, enough of that you two. I must see the ring." Kirstie stated.
We laughed, pulling apart. I continued to hold his hand as he showed Kirstie the ring.

By the end of the night, Kevin got a new tie, Nicole got a new make up bag, Kirstie and Jeremy got matching His/Her necklace and bracelet, Darrien got headphones, Jason got a video game, Avi got a bbq gift certificate, and I not only got a old fashion polaroid camera but a fiancé, who got a beautiful diamond ring and he's everything I ever want.
