Pitch Perfect 2

“We would like to present our reigning champions from last year, the Barton Bellas.” The announcer well announced.

The crowd cheered as the Bellas walked on stage. They sang their mash-up of ‘Just a Dream’ and ‘Just the Way You Are’. When they finished, the crowd went wild.

“Alright, alright. Calm down everyone. Now I would like to introduce a new group to this competition. Please welcome Pentatonix from Martin College!”

The crowd was wild, excited to hear something new especially since there is only five people.

Pentatonix sang their mash-up of ‘As Long As You Love Me’ and ‘Wide Awake’. The crowd fell in love with them and went wild. After Pentatonix exited the stage, the Bellas came over to them.

“You guys were great.” Beca complimented.

“Thanks, so were you.” Kevin responded.

“Whatever.” Mitch sassed and turned on his heels and headed to the double decker bus.

“Sorry about Mitch. He isn’t the nicest but once you get to know him he is an angel.” Avi apologized.

“It’s fine. I’m glad we have good competition.” Beca stated.

“We got to go. We need to arrange.” Scott said suddenly, taking Kirstie’s hand in his and led her to the bus.

“Okay. Let’s just say the trios isn’t the nicest.” Kevin said.

Out of the trio, Mitch is the sassiest. Kirstie is sassy too but she doesn’t really talk to anyone out of the group. Scott isn’t as sassy but he has a sharp tongue and is short tempered.

Next week the Bellas and Pentatonix both gave amazing performances. The Bellas sang, ‘Summertime Sadness’ and Pentatonix sang their mash-up of ‘Save the World’ and ‘Don’t Worry Child’.

Again the Bellas went over to Pentatonix and complimented Scott on his lead.

“Thanks.” Scott said dryly.

Kevin did a small group huddle and Chloe saw the trio rolled their eyes.

“Sorry about our attitude last week.” The trio said in unison.

It’s national’s now and Pentatonix and the Barton Bellas are archrivals. The Bellas are up first and sang ‘Wicked Game’. They received a standing ovation. Now it’s Pentatonix’s turn to perform and they sang, ‘Love Lockdown’. They also received a standing ovation with hoots and hollers here and there.

The judges rewarded the second and third place groups and now it was time to find the champion. It could be a new reigning champion or have the current champions stay champions for another year.

The announcer built suspense then finally announces the winner.

“The winner of this competition is…Pentatonix!”

The crowd goes crazy and Avi and Kevin begin to tear up but the trio just stands there, smiling and holding the trophy high.

Beca got the courage to confront the trio after they all walked off stage.

“Congratulations! Congrates on being the biggest asses in the competition. It’s like you don’t even want to be here. You guys are so rude and only care for each other than anyone else.” Beca stated.

“Listen here bitch. We are hard working and competitive. That’s what got us here, isn’t it?” he lifted his arms in emphasis and continued talking. “We’ve been through a lot more than you have so back the hell off or I’ll send him on you.” Mitch pointed towards Scott and left on his way out bumped into Beca’s shoulder as he left. With the snap of his fingers Scott and Kirstie followed him.

Kevin ran up to Beca with worried eyes.

“What’s happened?” Kevin asked.

“I said it to them straight. They are being asses the entire competition and it was annoying.” Beca stated.

“Beca, for whatever Mitch said I’m so sorry. I’m serious they are angels but they are very competitive.”

“How did you know Mitch said it and not Scott or Kirstie?” Beca asked.

“Mitch doesn’t respond well when confronted like that and Scott’s the same but is short tempered and violent sometimes, and Kirstie, when she talks to other people she is either extremely mad at whoever or is in the need of serious help.” Kevin explained. “Anyways you guys were great. Sorry again about them. We should hangout then you can see their angel selves.”

“Sure. I would like to see that.”

I want to dedicate this to Essy_PTX_5 because she is amazing! She is super sweet and such an amazing writer and you should check her out. Anyways, this is kind of how I thought the movie, Pitch Perfect 2, would be like. But PTX doesn't have any lines so they wouldn't be talking but they do get a lot of screen time because they are rivals of the Barton Bellas. I just went through random songs for the Bellas except for one of them and I chose songs that Pentatonix really did sing. I'm so excited they are going to be in the movie and I'm so proud of all their success. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed. Also please tell me how I did on this one in perticular. I don't really cuss in these but I just wanted to have some feed back about it. Thanks <3
