I wrote my letter to my love over fifty times trying to find the right words. Even though we only met a year ago and a few years apart, I still want to be with him, Mitch.
"Hey Avi. What's ya writing?" Scott asked while looking over my shoulder.
"N-nothing." I stuttered while covering it with my arms. Dang it Avi. Why did you stutter?
"Hmhmmm...hand it over." he motioned to the paper.
"No. It's mine." I told him.
"Are you three Av? Just hand it over."
"No."
"Okay, bye." With that Scott just walked away.
That was too easy.
"Gotcha!" Scott said after sneaking up behind me and taking my paper.
I spoke too soon.
I sat quietly and watched his facial expressions.
"Awww....Avi! This is so adorable. I'm going to give it to him."
"No, don't!" I yelled.
"I don't under-"
"Help me! I want to kno if he likes anyone...if he like me.." I said, interupting him.
"Okay but give me time. Mitch will be curious why I'm asking so give me two weeks tops." Scott told me.
"Okay."

~ 3 weeks later ~
"Scott! It's been 3 weeks... I need to know!" I said clinging to his sweater.
"Hands off the sweater and I will tell you."
I let go and went and sat down on the couch.
"Okay, he is hopelessly in love with you Avi, but he is like my little brother so I got some ground rules." Scott told me.
I listened carefully to the rules not wanting to miss any so I wouldn't get in trouble with Scott.
"Now I want to be able to trust you with his heart so tell me. How do you feel about him?"
"I love Mitch! He is my other half and my ray of sunshine and so much more. He means so much to me. I will love him and treat him with the respect he deserves." I told him.
"Okay, you have my blessings."
Those four words made my day. I turn around to go ask Mitch then I see him hiding, behind a pillar in the main room, crying.
"Mitch, are you okay?" I asked.
He nodded and kissed me then hugged me like his life depends on it.
