My hands were throbbing. It felt like my hands were on fire.

How could that girl use my own powers against me?

As I took a turn to enter a large meeting room, my cape swooped.

"Baxter, I need the healer, quickly!" I shouted angerily. I swiftly took my seat at the far end of the table. It gave the person sitting in it a higher power.

"Right away, Alexander -"

"No, I will not be addressed as Alexander! I am The Masked Lord, is that understood, Baxter?"

"Y-Yes, My Lord.." He quickly exited the room.

The darkness made things hard to see. It was almost always dark in my Mansion. The fireplace blazed with blue fire. It made the entire room seem to have an eerie blue glow about it. Then again, the entire house did. Dark but with a hint of blue. This mansion was old. So it was very... rustic.

Baxter returned with the healer. The priest. He was shackled

"Thank you, Baxter," I nodded to Baxter and turned my attention to the priest. "Heal me, now."

"No. You deserve the burning," he responded with such Confidence it sickened me.

"Now!" I was now being a bit demanding. My hands shook rapidly.

The priest was now scared. His facial expression made it clear.

"I will ask you one more time -"

"No! I will not!"

Just with a point of my finger to the priest, he was blazing. The flames were bright blue.

His screams echoed throughout the mansion.

"Baxter, clean the mess up and bring me another priest," I ordered him. "Fast."
