Ch. 7

Max's POV

After Allison and I had a little pool party, we dried off and just sat and put our feet in the pool. She put her head on my shoulder which felt comfortable.

I remembered he fun times that we had together. The times that she supposedly hated me.

But I had to move and she completely forgot about me. She doesn't like me anymore and she has a boyfriend.

"I think I should go."

"Oh.... Yeah." I said disappointed.

We got up and I went outside to start the car. She came outside and I opened the car door for her.

"So, did you have fun?" I asked.

"Sure."

Yes!

We got to her house and there was just a long awkward pause between us.

"Listen, today was fun. I...had a great time."

Yes!! That's 2 points for today. Awesomeness!!

We both turned our heads at the same time and our faces were inches away.

Allison's POV

"So, did you have fun?"

"Sure." I really did have fun today. Possibly, the most fun I've ever had so far.

We got to my house and there was an awkward pause between us. I decided to break it because I can't stand an awkward pause.

"Listen, today was fun. I...had a great time."

He looked pretty happy about this.

We then both turned out heads at the same time and there was another awkward pause. Our faces were inches away and I could already feel about the tension between us.

I was remembering Dylan and Gina. Unfortunately, that didn't work. And the next thing I knew, I was kissing Max.

****

When I came into my room, I quickly locked my door and fell on my bed.

Why did I do that! I kissed Max and I wasn't even thinking about Dylan, my boyfriend!!

I called Tracy, but she didn't answer. I couldn't call Dylan, life is so complicated.

I looked at my contacts and didn't have anyone else to call. I seriously need to work on my social life.

I was laying there on my bed thinking about what happened. I like Dylan, but Max... Ugh! I hate drama!!

Somebody then started to knock on my door.

"Knock knock, can I come in?" It was my mom.

I got up and unlocked the door for her.

"Hey." She said.

"Hey." I said disappointed.

"Okay, what's the catch."

"What do you mean."

"You know what I mean." Moms, they always know what's the matter with their children.

"Mom, I really don't want to talk about it."

"Hon, ever since you got out of that car, you have been sad. What happened."

I sat down and told my mom about the problem. I just left out the part where I kissed Max, and technically everything about Max.

"How do you pick a guy when you like two but you don't know if you like that guy?"

"Well... Your heart."

"My heart?"

"Yeah, you see. Your heart is like your brain when it comes to love. It directs you to who you love." Making sense.

"And what if you pick the wrong guy?"

"Only you can know. Hope that advice worked. Good night."

"Night." I said glumly.

That advice could work. I was thinking about it all night. Wondering if I liked Dylan, or if I still like Max.

Tomorrow is gonna be a long day for me.

Hope you fellow readers liked this chapter. Working hard on this story so hope u like it.

Question: Does Allison like Dylan more than Max? Or is it the other way around?

Bonus question: Will Allison stay with Dylan or Max?

I'm gonna put in Gina like in the next chapter, I don't know. The ideas keep flowing in and I gotta arrange them up. She is gonna turn bad and you'll see how she turns Allison's life into a living nightmare.
