Ch. 19

Allison's POV

We're all at the cemetery, standing by the grave of my dad. Tears coming out of my eyes, my head was resting on Max's shoulder while his arms were wrapped around my waist. The priest was saying words, while I thought about all the time I had to spend time with him.

The priest had finished, and I kneeled down and threw a white rose in his grave. My mom had told me he loved those were his favorite, and they were mine too. They covered his tomb with dirt and soon buried it.

Everyone had already left, while I was still there. I kneeled down, my tears falling on his grave.

"I didn't hate you, on the contrary, I think you would be a great dad." I started off. "I just wanted to know who you were, to know why you left me, to know if you ever did love me or hated me. I wish I could spend more time with you, but now it's to late. Now I know that you're in a better world, and that you'll look over me. I'm gonna miss you, and never forget this. I will always, but always love you." I planted a kiss on his grave, and I walked away....

It had been a few days since the funeral. But it had been dark, stormy nights. I would cry myself to sleep, wishing on the first star to bring him back. But every time I did that, it was hopeless.

One night, I was going up to my room when I saw a white rose lying on my bed. I picked it up, and brought it to my nose. It smelled good, and I went downstairs to get a vase and some water, but when I came, the rose wasn't there anymore. I looked on my desk and nightstand to see if I put it there, but it wasn't anywhere.

I put the vase on my desk and decided to take it downstairs in the morning. I went to my bed, and stared at the ceiling, thinking about the past few months. I had been shot, paralyzed, then saved by my dad from getting shot again. Everything had changed, everything was different, including me.

I was at school, walking beside Max, when I opened my locker, a white rose appeared. "Who left you that?" Max asked sounding a bit jealous.

"I don't know, I got one one night. But then it disappeared." I responded. I took it, and decided to leave it in there. Two classes later, I opened my locker again and the rose wasn't there anymore. This was starting to get creepy.

After school, I had went to the cemetery. It was dark, clips were starting to form, and the rain was coming. I walked past many graves, until I found my dad's.

I kneeled down, picking up some dirt and letting it fall from my hand. And then, I saw a butterfly, a beautiful one that looked like snow covered it. It landed on my hand, I looked at it. Then it flew and it disappeared.

I got up and started to walk away when I heard a snap. I flinched a little, and I hid behind a tree. I peered my head, and saw a figure. It was vary faint, but it was a person. I didn't know if it was a guy or a girl, but she was wearing boots with heels.

She stood in front of my dad's grave, she just stood there. Looking at his grave, I wanted to run to her and yell at her, she's standing in front of my dad's grave!

She took out something from her pocket, and left. When she was out of sight, I ran and saw what she left. I picked it up and it was a white rose. I didn't understand why a stranger left this here, the best thing to do was to leave the flower for respect for my dad.

I opened the door to my house, and it was dark. I found a note saying that mom and dad were both at work and Johnny was at a friend's house. I went upstairs to my room and room a warm shower.

I got out and out some sweats and a tank top. I came in my room when I saw a shadow. It moved, and I saw what it was, or who it was.

"Hello Allison."

"What are you doing here?! You're supposed to be in jail!"

"Turns out, when you shoot 3 polices, you can escape easily." I was about to get my phone when she took out her gun.

"I wouldn't do that if I were. Walk."

She got up and pointed the gun at my back and pushed me out of my room. I looked around, trying to find something to defend myself, but nothing was there. I was hopeless.

"This is where you're going to sleep for tonight, then I'll deal with you later." Gina said. I was in a room, a bedroom that was very elegant. It had a queen size bed with furniture and a full closet with clothes. But they weren't the clothes I would wear, they barely had enough cloth to cover my body.

I went on the bed, curled up in a ball. Tears streaming down my face, why did my life have to end like this. Why?!

The next day, Gina came in and she told me take a shower and put on one of the clothes that were in the closet. After the a shower, I put on one of the items and I felt naked. It didn't cover my legs or my arms, it was like a bra and an underwear that we attached.

She took me out, and made me go into a room that was like the other one, but bigger. I stood in front of the mirror, leaning in the table. Then, a man came in, wearing a robe. He was about in his 60s, and Gina had a smirk on her face.

"I have to make money some how." she said bags parted the man's shoulder and left while closing the door. He approached me, and I ran from him. I ran to the door, frantically yelling for help. He and near me, and I ran from him again and he pinned me to the bed. The only noise that was heard, were my yells and screams.

My life turned into a complete nightmare...

School started today, and it was so hard. I got a switched schedule and then we had to find our own seats by ourselves without talking to each other. We did the same thing in another class, but we could talk, so stressful.

Question: Do you think that Allison will get out of their with her life?

Bonus question: Do you think that anyone will find her?

Second day of school tomorrow, hope it's easier.
