Ch. 9

Allison's POV

"What move?"

"I'm gonna ask him out."

That really broke me down. That just the hole in my chest, grow bigger.

"Really."

"Yeah. I'm gonna do it today."

"Oh, well that's totally awesome." Not awesome. It was clearly not awesome.

I said bye and immediately ran to the bathroom. I went to a stall and locked it. I was pacing around just thinking about the whole thing. Gina was gonna ask out Max, he could say yes and they would soon be together.

I have to stop thinking about this! I have a boyfriend and I can't cheat on him. There's a reason I said yes to Dylan to become his girlfriend because I like him.

I didn't even notice that I was crying until I felt the warm tears run down my chin and fall to the ground. Why was I even crying, Gina has a right to ask out Max when ever she wants to, so why am I feeling this.

I wiped away the tears, and got out. I looked at the mirror and noticed something different about me. I saw that I didn't have that same energy that I used to have before. It was all gone, the only thing left was sadness. All this time since Max has come back, I only cried or just felt depressed or just thought about him.

Even if I couldn't see this in the outside, I felt it in the inside. My heart, energy, and happiness; was all gone. I couldn't even be happy, not even if I wanted too. Anything that involved Gina and Max together, all of my energy just drained out. There was nothing left but water that I would have to cry out.

I let out one final sigh, and left the bathroom. I went to the lunch area and tried to find Dylan and Tracy. I couldn't find them, strangely, and just walked in the hallways. I went to my locker and opened it. I then saw something really weird.

There was a note folded up, I picked it up and saw that it had my name on it.

Allison

I found it strange that someone left me a note. I unfolded it and started reading it. My eyes grew wide in shock at what I was reading.

Stay away from him, or else!

I quickly crumbled it up and threw it away. Who would write me that. My heart was pounding, I felt that it would jump out and run away in fear.

I looked for my phone but I couldn't find it. Why would I put my phone in my locker!

I closed it and frantically looked for someone that I know and would care. And just to my luck, I bumped into Max.

"Sorry."

"It's okay. A lot of people are in a rush."

"Hey, um.. Do you by any chance, seen Dylan or Tracy." I asked with some hope.

"Nope." He said.

"Well thanks, bye." I waved to him and walked down the halls trying to find Tracy or Dylan.

The bell rang and it meant that I had P.E. I went to the locker room, with some hope that Tracy was here. Unfortunately, she wasn't.

I finally got changed and headed out to the P.E field.

"Hey!"

"Ahhhhh!" I liked behind me, and thank god it was Tracy.

"No need to scream."

"Where the hell were you. I was liking for you."

"Sorry, I had to talk to a teacher for an assignment. Nothing important."

"Uh huh."

"Really, I would never lie."

"Okay."

The couch later told us that we had to run a few laps and do whatever we want later. That is some enthusiasm.

Right after the shower bell rang, we went to go change. It soon turned out to be lunch and Tracy told me she had to go.

"What?"

"Yeah, the teacher told me that I have to do a test for something."

"But, I have to tell you something."

"Tell me later at your place. I'll go with you. Bye!"

"Bye." I said disappointingly. I had no one to talk too, I didn't even know where my own boyfriend was. I went to my locker and got my backpack, but I still couldn't find my phone. Where did I put it.

"Allison! Allison!"

I looked at the direction where my name was being screamed, and I saw that Gina was that person screaming my name.

"Allison!"

"Hey. What happened?."

"I don't know if I should do this, but you need to know this."

"What?!"

"Just come with me."

She grabbed my arm and started yanking it. I felt that she was gonna pull it off.

She guided me to the P.E field to the hidden brick wall, and my eyes flew open at the sight.

Cause what I was seeing, was painful.
