Chapter 3

Second POV:

"Ah! (F/N)-chan! (Y/N)-chan! Glad you came!" Oikawa greets both of you and gestures you to sit. Of course (F/N) was sitting in front of Oikawa, since she is here for him. Which leaves you sitting in front of olive green eyes guy!

"I thought I told you it's (L/N)..." Before you could finish the sentence, you were elbowed by your lovely best friend!

"Oikawa-san! Thank you for today! Let's have a good day!" She sits down all excited. The day hasn't even started and you can already see stars in her eyes. "Is this your friend Oikawa-san?"

"Yes yes! This is Iwa-chan! We have been friends since I can remember! Iwa-chan introduce yourself!" Oikawa nudges the cute named boy with his elbow.

"My name is Iwaizumi Hajime. Not Iwa-chan Bakakawa!" He rolls his eyes and hears a chuckle coming from in front of him with Oikawa's whining. "Did I say something funny?"

You stop your chuckling and look up at him. "Sorry haha! First of all, your nickname is adorable! I didn't imagine your face when I heard that nickname! And the way you called him is just hilarious! I liked it!"

Iwaizumi didn't expect that reaction from you. It's not every day he meets a girl who doesn't fall to Oikawa's feet like he's some kind of prince.

"Sorry about Iwa-chan! He doesn't go out with girls much, or at all! So..." Oikawa apologizes to (F/N) for his best friend's behavior.

"Oi!" His best friend retaliates with a punch on the arm!

"Oh! Don't worry about it! I know exactly what you mean!"

"Hey! What is that suppose to mean?" You couldn't believe that (F/N) was basically saying you can't be taken out in public.

"Come on! Just introduce yourself!"

"Hmph! (L/N) (Y/N), a pleasure to make your acquaintance!" You look at (F/N) with that smug look in your eyes and bow just a tiny bit! Showing her you know how to behave yourself.

"Drama queen..." She says under her breath.

Iwaizumi found your response very entertaining. 'This might not be as bad as I expected' He thought to himself.

After a while, everyone has ordered their drinks and getting to know one another. Oikawa said a lot about himself... Iwaizumi... Not so much. The same could be said about you girls. (F/N) sharing, while you were just enjoying your Milkshake.

You would sneak glances at Oikawa and Iwaizumi from time to time. Just to confirm that you are still on this table with these people.

"Is he always this loud...?" You ask the only other person who isn't talking.

"Pretty much... He can be louder, so just be thankful for now." You let out a small laugh with a smile at his response.

"Iwa-chan! That's mean!!"

"(Y/N)! That's rude!!"

They both say it at the same time while looking at the both of you. You look at each other and laugh at their reactions!

"Man! You guys belong to each other." That shut both of them up! Too embarrassed to say anything else.

Throughout the date, you would check your phone occasionally. Texting your savior. Just in case you need him.

At first, it was going well. Got to know Iwaizumi, who didn't look or seem that bad of a person. But as time passed... You ran out of things to ask him, and he didn't seem to know what to talk about either. Which made things a bit awkward...
