Chapter 8

Second POV:

As the week passed on. Very few events have happened around you and with you. One thing for sure, the conversations between you and Iwaizumi have not lessened or stopped. In fact, they have only increased and have gotten much better than before.

You and Iwaizumi text at every chance you get. It seems both of you have gotten closer to each other without even noticing. However, the people around you have seen it and sensed it. But do you listen to them or consider their thoughts? Nope!

Over the weekend, you were sitting in your room, on your phone of course. No surprise you are texting no other than Iwaizumi.

(Y/N): What are your plans for the weekend?

Iwa-chan: MY plans are to relax and watch a movie, but it seems the idiot wants to go out, so I guess my plans are canceled.

(Y/N): Hahaha! I feel bad for you! Where is the alien freak taking you?

Iwa-chan: For some reason, he wants to go bowling... Of all places.

(Y/N): That's fun! Don't worry, you go have your fun date with Idiotkawa, and I'll successfully fulfill your original plan on staying home and watching movies :D.

Iwa-chan: Oh you think you're being funny! As if I'll go on a date with him. All that's left is for him to ask me on a date...

Iwa-chan: He's here, got to go. Let me know what movie you end up watching.

(Y/N): Hahaha! Have fun!

As you went downstairs to the living room and greeted your parents, who came back in the middle of the week. You go towards the TV cabinet to pick out a movie to pass the day. And of course, tell Iwaizumi all about it.

The bell rings as you picked a movie. Your mom opens it, and it's none other than the lovely (F/N).

"What's up (Y/N)? Busy today?"

"Just going to watch a movie. Want to join?" You ask her as you're about to put the CD in.

"I have a better plan! Why don't we go out? Do a little fun activity?"

"Like what? And why...?"

"Like bowling! It will be fun!" She grabs your arm and urges you to the door.

'You two are too similar...' You thought to yourself. (F/N) tells your mom the plan and you two set out to play bowling.

(Y/N): You cursed me... I'm sure of it! Now I'm being dragged out!

All he replies with is a laugh which makes you laugh. Guess your suffering entertains him.

You get to the bowling area and wait in line to pay for your lane and get your shoes. You would prefer to play with your shoes, the proper shoes are not comfy at all, and ugly and not to forget to mention, smelly!

"(L/N)-san?" Someone calls your name, and you turn around to see who it is.

"Iwaizumi-kun!"

"What are doing here?" He comes back in the line closer to you, dragging Oikawa with him.

"Who knew we would end up in the same bowling area! Such a coincidence!" You laugh it off with him as he just shakes his head at how you find this funny.

"You didn't tell me you were also going bowling."

"I guess after you laughed at my misfortune, it just slipped my mind." Both of you just talk to each other, ignoring the other two. To everyone's surprise, they didn't even interrupt you at all.
