Chapter 1: "The First Catastrophe"
Honami's P.O.V.
"Grrr.. take that! And that! Guuuuhh... HAH! I WIN! Naisu~ naisu~!"
The sounds of tapping and smashing on the controllers stopped, and is replaced by a loud cheering then the sound of the victory in the game.
"Nami-chan, you're too loud... keep it down you're waking the neighbours up..." I can hear my bestfriend muttering from behind.
"What are you talking about, Kazu-chan?! It's daytime! Who would be sleeping at this hour?!" I turned to her and gave my famous shit-eating grin.
"My point is you'll be disturbing them, keep your voice down." She said in a blank yet irritated tone.
"Hai, hai~ Okaasan~" I chuckled.
Meet Arkin Kazuya, my bestfriend! We've been together since I was nine years old, when I started going to the same middle school in my old hometown. She has a short fluffy brunette hair, she's always been so serious and strict but pfffttt! She ain't like that at all when you get to know her.
And yeah, I'm serious now. Arkin is just a shy girl and often acts cold towards others first, but when the two of you get closer, she plays and laughs along like a normal person. She's really an awesome girl! She's a really great and caring friend, you can often see her in a blank expression though and I really love annoying her!~ Our frienship already reached its 6th year, I smiled, remembering the memories we spent together since we were kids. Now we're 15 years old, a bunch of teenagers going through life troubles and typical crush problems.
While I'm Honami Orihana~ her long, dark haired bestfriend and the both of us like animé, and gaming ofcourse.
Friendship mostly starts at, "Oh, so you like it? I like it too!"
We're no different from that.
People are actually surprised how could someone who is so cold and well-behaved like Arkin from the well-known and oh-so-famous Kazuya family in Akihabara, is actually friends with a goofball like me. I'm super hyper and our personalities are just polar opposites. She's cold, serious, monotone, negative and mysterious while me on the other hand is really cheerful, happy, warm, optismistic and predictable as everyone would describe us. We were like fire and water blended perfectly with each other which is insane. I mean who does that? Blending water and fire?
I guess in this case, it's pretty much close to that. The two of us has been through a lot as well, we had childish fights once, but we overcome everything and we're really inseparable, as everyone describes us, again. I mean, she is like a sister to me already, considering the two of us have no siblings.
