Arkin's P.O.V

Earlier~

We went outside Hiro-san's guild to a wide open field where our training will take place. Everyone gathered around but Hiro-san and Lamenuos were having a deep conversation so Honami and I decided to chat too.

"Mouu, Arkin your master is rich as fuck but his guards are pretty scary! Do you deal with them everyday?" Nami asked whispering. "Well I guess I should be, I'm under Hiro-san's roof so yeah." I shrugged.

Later on Ranbu walked over to the two us with a sad smile. "Yo~" He greeted. "Ah Ranbu-san what's wrong?" I asked. "Today's the last day I'll be with you I'll be leaving for the quest remember?" He chuckled. And how's it been? Three days already?

"What? Aww so you won't get to train with us?" I pouted. I act childish freely only when talking to Ranbu. "Nope, but I'm sure you'll get stronger don't worry, I wish you luck." He smiled and handed his hand out for me to shake it. He turned at Nami with his signature kind smile. "You too miss, you and Reyn will be a great duo so goodluck with everything!" He patted her head and looked at me. He walked over me bending down to my ear level whispering, "Just tell Hiro nii-san I left 'cuz he's so busy talking, okay?"

I nodded my head and gave him a thumbs up. Suddenly Honami butted in "Ranbu-san! Please take care on your quest!" She bowed down and Ranbu just chuckled and ruffled her hair then soon enough he left.

I looked at Honami with a questioning look. "Ew what was that Nami?" I started. She puffed her cheeks out and looked away. "Shut up! Is saying those kind words will give him badluck or what?" I shook my head and just said, "Yea sure Nami it's obvious."

Present~

"Alright you two listen up." Lamenuos cleared his throat. "Isn't it a lovely day? I have nothing to say really just follow me Kassandra lets get into business." He ended with his usual (creepy) closed eyes smile.

O.o I swear this guy can pass the boarding exam of creeps.

I watched Kassandra and Lamenuos walk over to the other side of the field and saw them started talking. "Reyn." I suddenly flinched at the voice but turned to him anyway. "What?" I asked rather timid. Hiro crossed his arms with a raised brow. "What's with that attitude, miss?" He asked a bit mad. I was so tired and my right arm is still aching even though I healed it. "I'm just tired. I tend to respond or talk timidly with other people when I'm tired." I explained and he just sighed.

I noticed him looking for a certain someone and I speak up, "Ranbu-san? He left few minutes ago he said you were busy talking so I guess he wouldn't want to disturb you." He looked at me for a moment and sighed again. "Alright I guess it's just you and me. So to begin tell me how'd you survived last time?"

Does this guy ask that question to everyone he saw who survived a fight? O.o

I sweatdropped and started speaking, "Well currently I just learned what type of element I have so I guess it occurs according to what emotion I'm feeling. I was angry that time and a stream of water just hardly flowed towards him and it was boiling. Then before I became unconscious there were voices inside my head saying break the barrier or free them, by instinct I ripped off the cloth of my shirt on the stomach and a huge dragon with nine heads flew towards the enemy and devoured him. I remember saying the word 'Ashura'."

I turned my gaze to Hiro-san and he already is walking towards me with a different expression. It kinda look like he can strip your clothes by just staring daggers at you. "Hiro-san?" I waved my hand at him and he stopped infront of me way too close.
