"WHAAAAA--"
"Hurry up and finish that book! You still have 10 books to go before you can learn magic spells, witch crafts and potions!" Light crossed his arms and put on a strict expression.
I just hang my mouth open at him.
"Are. You. Fucking. Kidding me?!" I slammed my hand on the desk.
Right now, we were at Light's room and there are books literally everywhere! Like a thousand!! Just scattering all around the floor and the others are organized or piled up in the corners.
"This book is fucking 1,000 pages and you expect me to read all of this in a sec?!" I looked at him in disbelief and frustration.
"I mean, I'm not even halfway there! AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WITH A MAGE'S OR WIZARD'S HISTORY?!?! MAGICAL CREATURES AND THE MONSTER'S BIODATAS??? MAGICAL TERRITORIES AND ALL KINDS OF HERBS??? ALL 11 THICK BOOKS IN ONE DAY?!" I roared at him.
"YOU HAVE TO LEARN THE WAYS OF A MAGE, IDIOT GIRL! QUIT WHINING OR NO MAGIC SPELLS!" Light yelled and slammed another thick ass books.
"THIS IS THE MAGIC SPELLS AND POTIONS YOU HAVE TO LEARN. NOW HURRY UP!" He growled at me.
I hang my mouth even wider.
My death will be reading 10,000 pages in one day.
I sobbed as I began to turn the next page. It'll take a hundred years before I actually meet Reyn if this is gonna continue--
Oh wait.
Speaking of Reyn! I wonder how is she...? I wonder if she's alright. I'm kind of worried, since she is dealing with blades. While my training is a bit safer, magic explosions can't get me killed.
And I wonder when will we meet again...
I sighed.
"What's with the long sigh? Continue." Light scoffed at me.
"Mouuu, I don't get it. Why can't you just summarize the whole thing to me?" I whined.
"You lazy--" He looks like he is going to scrape my face but then the sliding door sounded like someone opened it and we turned our attentions to the door. There stood Lamenuos.
"Wow, those are lots of books you are reading Kassandra-chan, I didn't know you are such a dedicated reader." Lamenuos closed his eyes and smiled as he closed the sliding panel behind him.
"Does it look like that to you?" =_=
I swear, Lamenuos is actually a demon. He knows I'm suffering, he knows it. I just know it that he knows it. And he is enjoying it.
"Why don't you take a break? You've been reading for hours now. And Light-kun, you were too hard on the girl again." Light gave me an apologetic smile.
"I'm polishing her into a better mage. You can't just sweet talk her everyday and she'll improve by it." Light crossed his arms and narrowed his eyes at the ravenette.
"Hahaha, okay, okay. I get your point~" Lamenuos started approaching us.
"Say, why don't we relieve stress Kassandra-chan?" Lamenuos asked with a sweet smile.
And it sent shivers down to my spine.
"Y-you're not plotting something aren't you?" I asked, slowly scooting away from him.
