The Grey Lady whispers " Hello, anybody there?"
Lillac asks, "Who's there?"
The Grey Lady says "My name is Helena Ravenclaw but everyone calls me The Grey Lady."
"Why do they call you that?"
"Because I'm the ghost of Ravenclaw."
"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm So Insensitive!"
"It's okay you can't see me, can I tell the Head Girl to come in? She seems worried."
"Yeah, she can come in."
"Hi, I'm Victoire." Victoire introduces herself
