*two months time skip* (sorry, i kind of ran out of ideas.)

[E L A I N A H O P E]

"hey, wake up." someone whispered.

i rubbed my eyes and rolled over, not wanting to get up because i fell asleep at 2:00 in the morning.

"go away christina." i mumbled, closing my eyes and trying to fall back asleep.

"it's not christina, babygirl." the person whispered, and i shot up and engulfed him in a hug.

"daniel!" i squealed, digging my head in the crook of his neck. "i thought you weren't coming back for another two days!"

"i came back before the boys." he said, holding me tighter to his warm body.

i pulled away from the hug and looked at him right in his beautiful, blue eyes. the blue eyes that i missed so very much. the blue eyes that i could get lost in just staring into them for a long period of time. before i even realized it, our lips were connected and i tasted the taste of his lips that i hadn't in three months.

"i missed you so much." i mumbled through the kiss and he smiled.

"i missed you too, baby." he mumbled back, and i pecked his lips one more time before wrapping my arms around him once again, holding him tight.

he pulled away from the hug and pulled up the bottom of my- i mean, his hoodie that i stole and am now wearing, and placed his hands on my stomach. i now had a medium-sized bump. he smiled to himself and said, "the three most important people in my life are right here with me."

i smiled widely at him and scooted over so he could come lay with me. he laid down next to me, and wrapped his protective arms around my small body.

"hey daniel?" i whispered into the crook of his neck.

"yes baby?" he whispered back.

"you get to come to the gender ultrasound with me tomorrow. i thought you wouldn't be able to come, but you get to come and find out the gender of our babies." i told him, and i could feel his smile grow by the movement of his face on my shoulder.

"really?" he asked.

"yes, really." i responded.

"you know, we should start thinking of names once we find out the genders." he told me, and i nodded.

"let me just tell you this, i've been brainstorming already, and if at least one is a boy i want to name it after jack and zach." i said.

"why do i have to be reminded of those two dimwits every time i talk to my kid?" he asked sarcastically, and i lightly laughed.

"you realize that jack and zach are the ones that figured out i was pregnant, so you should be thanking them." i told him, and he nodded in defeat.

"and if at least one of them is a girl?" he asked.

"i want to name them after christina and ellery." i replied, and once again he nodded.

we sat in a blissful silence for many moments, enjoying each other's presence while it lasted and thinking of our children that were growing in my stomach at the moment. it's hard to believe that after everything we've been through, this is where we are at right now. after cheating and lying, then our four year gap, to getting back together and we've been back together for six months, and now i'm pregnant with twins. we've come so far from where we used be.

"baby?" he asked, breaking the comfortable silence between us.

"yeah?"

"are you gonna come to portland for thanksgiving this year?"

"wait, what's the date?" i asked, confused.

"november 10th. thanksgiving is in fourteen days." he replied, and i had just realized how i had not been keeping track of the days very well since they left for tour.

"i'll come with you." i told him without any hesitation in my answer.

"really?" he asked, shocked.

"yeah. i want too see keri, jeff, tyler, chris, and anna." i replied, kissing his cheek.

"you know, the seavey family takes thanksgiving pretty fucking seriously. it's not just going to be my central family there, it's going to be my whole fucking family. my aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents are all going to be there." he told me.

"well then, i would like to meet them all." i said happily, pecking his lips.

"you're gonna 'love' my aunt susan. she'll tell you all about my embarrassing baby days." he said sarcastically, and i tried to stifle back my laugh. he sighed looking at the expression on my face and brought my face up to his.

"i love you, baby," he told me, "i also love you babies." he put his hands on my stomach and i smiled.

"i love you too, dani." i kissed his precious lips and fell back asleep in daniel's arms.
