A/N: I think I did a pretty good job of remembering what happened in the draft.

Lucas was wrapped up in the covers, sound asleep. He looked so peaceful. I didn't really want to disturb him. I was just glad that he was okay.

"Aw he's asleep." Ninten frowned "I wanted to ask him about his Psi!"
"Don't you have any manners!" I insulted.
"What! I'm just curious." Ninten shrugged.
"You can't just interrogate him as soon as he wakes up!" I added
"I mean I can." Ninten grinned.

Carefully, I kneeled down next to Lucas. He looked warm and cozy.
"Lucas, wake up." I whispered. Lucas whimpered as he slowly opened his eyes and stretched his arms out.

"So... Ness tells me that you've got a Psi fever." Ninten grinned. Lucas gave Ninten a tired look before nodding. Ninten laughed "I knew you had Psi!"
Lucas was looking rather dazed and tired still and he didn't have the energy to start an argument.

Ninten was being rather loud and I could tell Lucas didn't like it.
"Ness," he called quietly as he grabbed my hand and pulled it close to him. Lucas was nervous, I could tell.
"Do you think you could be a little quieter?" I asked Ninten.
"Oh sorry." Ninten apologized.

We waited for Lucas to wake up properly before starting anything.

"Lucas give me your hands." Ninten said softly "I'm just gonna check What state your Psi is in, don't worry it shouldn't hurt."
Lucas reluctantly gave Ninten his hands. "If it's just a fever, your Psi should be a light teal or grey color." Ninten explained as he put his thumbs to the middle of Lucas' palms. "There are Psi pressure points in your hands, so when someone pushes them, you can see your Psi."

All of a sudden, Lucas cried out in pain.
"Ninten! Let go! I-It hurts!" He yelled.
"What do you mean? It hurts?" Ninten enquired Before he looked down to Lucas' arms. "Oh my god!!"

Black lines were forming on Lucas' arms. They were jagged like lightening bolts and they were black like ink.

"Please... I-I'm begging you!" Lucas cried as he tried to pull his hands away.
"Ninten, Let go!" I interrupted.
"Oh! I'm so sorry Lucas it's just that I've never seen something like that before!" Ninten quickly apologized.
"I-It's Fine But Please Tell me you know how to cure it." Lucas panicked.
"Don't worry." Ninten reassured.

"Lucas are you okay!?" I asked as I hugged him in comfort.
"I'm fine. It felt like thousands of needles were being stabbed into my arm." Lucas explained.
"This is gonna be a lot more complicated than I though." Ninten sighed.
"Well you better fix it!" I threatened.
"I will, I will!" Ninten replied.

Ninten thought for a moment as Lucas was looking rather nervous as he didn't know what was going to happen.
"Unfortunately Lucas, I'm going to have to do that again but this time I'll make sure you won't feel it." Ninten explained. Lucas agreed to continue as I sat up on the bed beside him.

"Ready?" Ninten asked. Lucas nodded. Gently, Ninten put his hand to Lucas' forehead. Lucas passed out instantly and leaned against my shoulder. Once again, Ninten held Lucas hands and pressed the pressure points. The coal colored marks appeared on Lucas' arms again. I didn't like to look at them.

"He'll be out for ten minutes so this has gotta be quick." Ninten explained. "But Luckily, I think I know what this is." Ninten continued as he inspected the marks.
"What is it? Is he going to be okay?" I asked.
"Ness, did anything serious happen when you two went missing?" Ninten asked.
"This isn't the time to be talking about that!" I yelled.
"Just tell me." Ninten said.
"Oh you know, the usual... Lucas almost died, I saw his supposed dead brother kill himself and it turns out that my neighbor is the king of Nowhere island!" I explained.
"Damn... No wonder her heart is broken." Ninten added.
"WHAT!!" I shouted.
