Washed Up Wonder (NessXLucas)

Gentle rain

A/N: I apologise in advance. I think I need to put a violence and blood warning .
Lucas POV:

From past encounters with the Chimera, I knew that Ness' plan of trying to ride it was a risky one. I know we were sitting on its back but the Chimera seemed angry and wouldn't hesitate to attack.

Ness broke the rest of the iron bars with an explosion of blue energy, freeing the Chimera with both of us sitting on its back.

Fear flooded my body as the pigmasks aimed their guns and tasers at us. Ness saw this and quickly put up a shield in front of him to stop any incoming bullets. The Chimera was fine, bullets wouldn't hurt it so right now it was almost invincible.

Rapidly, the Chimera ran into the group of soldiers, knocking them down to the floor. Weirdly, the Chimera wasn't attacking anyone. It just kind of scared the pigmasks so that they would quiver with fear.

It was kind of funny actually. Ness turned around and caught me laughing to myself. He smiled with joy and relief. I looked up and smiled back happily.

This was the wrong time to get all lovey about Ness but he always knew what to do and he would always be there for me. Ness' smile would always fill me with reassurance because he was always so confident. I really envy that. Ness would always make me feel better about myself and would always offer to help. I was just so glad that he was here with me at that moment. I would do anything for him, even if that meant handing myself in to Porky.

Ness laughed in triumph as the Chimera ran up the stairs, breaking every step under its feet.

Unfortunately, we were met with another group of pigmasks. The Chimera growled in anger, scaring all of them away and letting us into the main hall where Porky was.

"I-I'm sorry your highness! The Chimera will kill us if we go near it!" One of the pigmasks tried to explain.
"I DON'T CARE!! JUST GET THEM!' Porky ordered furiously.

The Chimera was running rampage wildly around the room, chasing the pigamasks in anger.
"How do you steer this thing?" Ness asked
"You're not supposed to steer It and you're not supposed to be riding it either!" I answered.
"Lucas, stop worrying. It's fine." Ness reassured
"How am I supposed to stop worrying when an entire army is after us!?" I yelled.
Ness smiled as the Chimera continued to cause chaos.

I noticed two pigmasks trying to fix Porky's left arm to the invincible shield. Ness must have broken it earlier. I also saw reinforcements guarding the doors at each side of the room. They were all aiming laser guns, tasers and other weapons at us. We were in between both groups, meaning that Ness' shield could only protect us from one side. If the Chimera charged at one, the other would shoot me in the back.

Without warning, the Chimera stopped in between both groups of reinforcements and waited. It waited for us to come up with a plan.

"What should we do?" Ness asked me
"I-I don't know!" I began to panic as I didn't know how long the pigmasks would hold their aim for. Then I thought of something.

I looked up. Above me was an expensive looking chandelier. Porky would be devastated to see it broken.

As quick as I could, I grabbed Ness' hand, making him drop the shield as the Chimera began to charge to the group of pigmasks to the left.

I didn't order it to run. It just did. I would have thought that the Chimera would have been bloodthirsty and violent. It was the last time I saw it. The Chimera was a lot calmer and wasn't attacking anyone. As I thought of my plan, the Chimera would run in the direction I thought of, almost like it could read my mind.
