Chapter 10

A.N//ok there will be a note at the end but id like to point out that I started writing this chapter on June 30, 2014 and the next day was the #5sosupindislivestream and I made them ninja turtles before they were ninja turtles so like at first I found it weird that I wrote it then they dressed like it but now I think it's a sign that I'm going to marry luke anyways thought id share so you know I didn't get my idea from there haha ok enjoy.

The boys and I are all cramped into Michael's jeep; Luke in the passenger seat, Michael driving, and I'm sandwiched in between Ashton and Calum. We're supposed to be going costume shopping for Britney's stupid party this weekend but I don't even want to go.

The car comes to an abrupt stop at a red light and I can feel Ashton's eyes on me. I turn and look at him and giggle as he blushes.

"I'm still planning our next date you know." He says very flirtatiously.

"Oh is that so?"

"Oh my god we should like do a group costume!" Luke interrupts Ashton and I.

"Ok and what the fuck are we gonna be?" Michael laughs.

"Ninja turtles?" offers luke.

"There's five of us not four." Calum points out and gives me a small smile.

"Power rangers." Ashton yells.

"Dude yes!" they all agree.

"Um guys, I don't know if I'm going yet so don't plan right away." I awkwardly laugh but they don't seem amused.

"You have to go Amanda you're like our groupie." Michael jokes and I role my eyes.

The rest of the car ride is spent listening to the radio and no more talk of me not going. Apparently it's a sore topic among the group.

We get to the store and Ashton and Michael go running in search of ninja turtle costumes and power ranger costumes in case I changed my mind whilst Calum tries on wigs and Luke stands around in a tutu.

"C'mon Amanda just try this on." Calum encourages and places a top hat on my head. "Oh you could be a magician!" he says and the three of us laugh.

"I think I'll be fine without it." I say taking the hat off and patting down my hair.

Michael and Ashton sprint full force towards us, costumes swaying back and forth in their hands. The four boys jump into separate changing rooms and begin to transform into ninja turtles.

It's surprisingly a long process, filled with giggling and Luke having trouble standing up whilst putting on his costume, and Michael complaining about it being really hot. Soon they all step out and I can't hold back my laughter.

"Hey I think we look pretty damn good." Boasts Ashton as they admire themselves in the mirror.

"You know we could be the ninja turtles and Amanda could be April?" Michael tries to negotiate.

There wasn't much point in offering it though because here I am in the fifth dressing room putting on my power ranger costume.

We all step out and as usual laugh at our own expense. Were all having a great time until I realized this was Britney's party we were talking about.

"Guys, I don't think ninja turtles and power rangers are the type of costumes to be worn at Britney's party." I say and everyone looks up, their expressions changing rather quickly.

"Why don't we just buy masks or something?"

"Wait I have a costume idea I'll meet you at the car." Calum says and walks away.
