"Who's going to take Jungkook home then?" Hoseok asked as he allowed the rim of his car keys loop around his finger. The evening sun beamed down as the last remaining students walked out the two front doors of the school to go home.

Everyday, Jungkook would have to walk to school. His parents just didn't give him a car at all. No transportation. Well, they actually owned two vehicles. Jungkook couldn't use them because both his mom and dad would drive them to work, unfortunately leaving the boy with nothing except for his two own legs. Maybe that was a huge reason as to why he was extremely 'skinny and fit.'

Jungkook would always try to ask his parents if he could get a car, hell, he'd even pay for it himself. Just, the answer was always no. 'You're too young' his mother would say. Too young? What the fuck? He was a senior. How is that too young? That was just an excuse for her to push it off. She never had time for him, neither did his father.

"I can't do it today, I have to meet Rosé at the track and practice. I don't have time." Jimin tightened the strings on his maroon track shorts, a sorry expression on his face. He glided over to Jungkook as the seven of them stood outside the doors, hugging his waist. "I'm sorry, Kookie. I promise to do it another day."

The bell already rang that evening, thankfully most of the students left soon. It would be easier to leave the parking lot now, not as many crazy student drivers to honk at you for being too slow. "Well, I can't either. I have to stay after school today for the research project in global history. You know how strict Mr.Wang is." Namjoon was still clutching his navy blue text book against his flat chest, backpack slumped onto one of his shoulders.

"None of you have to. I can walk on my own.." Jungkook pushed some of his chocolatey brown bangs out of his doe eyes. He felt bad. He felt bad his hyungs always had to ponder him around as if he was some helpless little five year old. Half of this was his own parents fault.

"No. We can figure something out because it's too long of a walking distance." Hoseok quickly butted in, now having a debate with Seokjin, Taehyung, and Yoongi about the whole situation.

It was hot out too. Jungkook already loosened his shirt some because if he'd be walking it would cool him off faster. Little did he know, Yoongi noticed.

"I- It's-" Jungkook tried wording his thoughts into the conversation but everyone was too engrossed.. surprisingly. Did they really care that much? He just began walking away. It wasn't going to kill him to walk. It was probably best for him anyways. He skipped down the brick stairs and began pulling his earbuds out. "Yah yah- where are you going?!" Hoseok hollered, seeing Yoongi practically bolt after the boy. Odd.

Only in a matter of seconds, Jungkook felt a hand slither up to his wrist to stop him from walking any further. He turned slightly, his eyes met with dark cat-like ones. Though, they were the softest eyes he had seen all day, and they stared into Jungkook's. Yoongi?

"I'll do it."
