Aris worked hard to track Amber, I watched him as he recorded the tracking device and conversation through headphones.

I admit, I wanted to hear what was going on by how much he quietly laughed.

Until he jumped. Something happened. He froze, his hands suspended over the keyboard of the computer. He stares in confusion as they entire screen shuts down. I hear him curse under his breath.

"Aris?" I drawl, nervous. He looks over, waiting for me to ask what the problem was. He was so unamused. "What happened?" I continue.

"They found the tracking device. They broke it. Now I don't know if she's in any danger," Aris growls.

"Don't you have the location?"

"Yes, but it's heavily guarded with traps and cameras."

"You're a shadow?" I add.

Aris groans, "Motion sensors!"

"Ugh."

Suddenly, we hear this noise in the other room, and Ana screaming. I was jump scared, and my heartbeat rapidly. I look over at Aris with anxiousness. Aris gulps and gestures we head over. We do.

I run in, and freeze.

"Juliet?" Aris asks suddenly.

"Someone remembers me!" She responds with a smile, furrowing her greying skin. I looked at her platinum blonde locks.

"Oh! I remember you!" I comment, "Wait, why are you here?"

"It's Amber," She responds, sounding uneasy. Okay, so, what about Amber?

"Let me explain. She called for me, and I teleported to this house in the woods, and I saw Amber tied up. I was incredibly concerned, and I took place in Amber's soul to take the pain, and hide any information about this. I'm a spirit, that's how it works. They're treating her rather harshly, so what can I do to help?" She rants.

Aris smiles, "Game changer, Juliet, you're going to help us so much. Here's what we need you to do." He explains her job and she nods.

"The location is hard to get to. It's far into the middle of the woods. It's guarded with several people from a mile away and you can't drive in it. You'll need weapons."

"This is perfect Juliet, you're a huge help." Ana compliments. Juliet smiles, but it falls.

"We need to do this quick. Do you guys have any weapons?"

The room goes silent. I let out a loud sigh, "I have a knife, gun, my dads a hunter."

"Let's go then!" Ana says impatiently, "Go!"

I know this chapter is mindblowingly short but if it's longer, I feel like it would defeat the intensity of whats to come. I also know it took my forever to write this. FINALS. OKAY?
