(Peyton's P.o.v)
There he was. Staring directly at me through a window. Jc pulled me behind him. Everyone else stands in front of me like a human shield I was frozen in shock and it took me a couple minutes to collect myself before I can finally speak.
"What are you doing?" I ask Jc
"We are protecting you." Sam answers
"No." I respond
"What?" Everyone asks collectively
" I said no." I say pushing my way to the window. After struggling to get there I finally push through
"Peyton stop what are you doing?" Kian asks me
"I'm not letting seven of the people I love most get hurt because of me. He dosent want you guys...he wants me." I say
"I'm not letting you do that." Jc says grabbing my arm. My phone goes off and it's a blocked number
"Do you think it's him?" Ricky asks
"It's definitely him." I say grabbing my phone.
"Peyton stop." Trevor says reaching for my phone
"No Trev, if I don't answer. One of us will get hurt." I say answering the call
"Hello?" I say
"Put me on speaker...now." My lame excuse of a father demands. I hit the speaker button and continue
"Ok you're on speaker." I say
"Alright...now, I'm getting my daughter wether you like it or not. If any of you get in my way I will not hesitate to put a cap in your head. Am I clear?" He says
"Yes Steven we know you're a dick and will kill us for no reason." I spit at him. Everyone stifles there laugh and I laugh to myself
"You will address me as father...am I clear?" He retorts
"Yeah mmmk whatever father." I say
"Alright enough with the chitchat tell us what the fuck you want." Kian says into the phone
"I want my daughter. I will get her no matter what. And I will make sure you never see her again." He says harshly
"Like fucking hell you will." Jc spits
"Oh don't worry son. I will." My dad says before hanging up. We all sit there in silence before Ali speaks up
"Alright. We can't stay in Peyton's room anymore. We will grab food and drinks and stay in the guest room in the basement. We will put all the food in drinks in the fridge there. Grab clothes, weapons and toiletries as well. We aren't going to leave that room. It's too dangerous." She says.
We all agree before start packing our bags and moving downstairs. When we are done, we go downstairs and we all show each other our weapons we chose to defend ourselves incase he got in. Ricky, Sam, Trevor, Kian, and Connor all have our biggest knives. Ali, Jc, and I had guns. When we first came here Ali and I got them for this reason exactly. As for Jc...I'm not sure where he got his. We all helped load the bathroom and fridge with the stuff we brought down. We didn't go on upload videos or tweet because he would know when we were awake and when we were sleeping. While everyone slept, Ali, Jc, Sam, and I stayed up just for good measures. I felt myself getting tired, but I needed to stay awake. Jc must have noticed because he told me to get some sleep.
Before sleep takes over me, I feel Jc kiss my head and he whispers something I will never forget
"I will protect you...even if it means I'm going to die."
