The day was finally here, the day Kirstie and Avi finally went on a date after weeks of not seeing each other, and weeks after the incident with Jeremy. Kirstie woke up early that morning to get ready, putting on a fancy-casual outfit and doing her makeup perfectly for the man she so dearly missed.

When he arrived, Kirstie took no time to get to the door and see her man standing before her. Her eyes roll up and down Avi's body, taking everything in. He decided to wear a black beanie for old times, mixed with a more-than-casual shirt and pants.

"Babyy..." Kirstie says before grabbing him for a quick kiss and hugging him tightly.

"Didn't even give me a chance to look you over, miss."

"Shh, do that later." As missed, he chuckles and the familiar low voice rumbles against her rib cage. As Kirstie hugs the man, her eyes wander towards the man's neck...

There's hair there...

But a short amount of it.

She is taken back by this and quickly pulls away from him, to observe his chin.

Which also has a short amount of hair on it.

She gasps loudly, "AVRIEL KAPLAN!"

"What??"

"You cut your hair and shaved your beard!?" He chuckles once again and raises his hand to his neck. He tugs at the short brown locks that are now only slightly above shoulder-length. They remain curled perfectly, much to Kirstie's enjoyment.
"You like?"

Kirstie scoffs slightly and runs her hand up to Avi's beard, which is now only thick hair along his jawline. She'll admit though, she missed seeing his sharp jaw. Her cheeks run maroon, thinking of how sexy Avi showed up to her house looking once again. He looked like...her Avi.

"Pff. It's alright," She says, giggling and kissing his soft lips.

"Mm well, if you don't like it now, you will later." He says, slightly growling. Kirstie playfully hits him before running in to get her purse. She meets him in the car moments later, and they drive off to the fancy restaurant.

They both agreed their slightly under-dressed but neither of them care over the thought of just spending time together again. They had been waiting for this reunion date for ages now, and now that it was here, they weren't going to focus on overdressing for a silly restaurant. Once they arrive, Avi leads Kirstie in to the restaurant and they sit in the back.

"So, you really forgive me right?" Kirstie asks, reaching out to hold his hand. It's big and rough, just as she remembered. His thumb stroked her in return, grasping tightly.

"Kirst, this is the first time we've been on a date in a long time. Our schedules have been so busy, also considering the incident. But we've moved past that right?" His hand hugs hers tighter, his green eyes meeting hers intently.

"Please?"

His lips form a smile in response and he simply kisses the top of her hand. The rest of the dinner is filled with chatter, missed chatter at that. The two had been at distance for a few weeks. Kirstie, being so busy with PTX and Avi, being busy with writing music. Both had forgotten how much they had missed talking to each other. They caught up on a lot of things. Avi revealed to Kirstie a few of his song ideas and got her input on it. He told her his opinion on the new album, and how much he loved it.
