Niall and I ended up at the park. It was a small park with a jungle gym and a few swings just outside our neighborhood.
I followed Niall as he sat on a swing that was a little too close to the ground for his height. I shivered under the starry night. Niall picked up my legs and sat them across his. Out from his pocket he pulled a sharpie and began to right on the hard toe of my converse. On the left he wrote 'When I'm with you the sun is out until midnight.' Then on the other he wrote some numbers. When I further looked I realized it was today's date.

"Why did you write the date?"

"Sarah, I'm so beyond in love with you. I never even knew it was possible to love someone as much as I love you." Niall ignored my question, "When we first met I never knew you would mean this much to me. But I couldn't be happier. Every day I'm with you is better than any day without you. A day without your love is like a year without the sun or the moon and the stars.
I know I'm the smart one in the relationship, but this time I have a question for you." Niall teased.

I expected it to be a reassurance that I wanted to move in but then I was proven wrong when Niall stood from the swing with a small black box that he pulled from his jacket. Niall moved down to the ground and kneeled down on one knee.

"Sarah, will you marry me?"

I brought my hand over my mouth, tests of joy rolling.

"Yes! A thousand times yes!" I jumped onto Niall's chest.
We rolled onto the ground, I sat on his chest. I kissed his lips and smiled down at him.

"And that's why I wrote the date on your shoes." Niall smirked.

"I love you so much Niall."

Niall grabbed my hand and slid on the shiny engagement ring on my finger, right next to the thin promise ring.

•••3 MONTHS LATER•••

•••NIALLS POV•••

Today was the day. The day Sarah would take my last name as hers. After today Sarah and I will be married.
I anxiously waited with with tux and boy tie. On my feet where my old converse that Sarah insisted I wore because she drew on them.
The music started and the doors opened to reveal Sarah in her gorgeous white wedding dress. She saw me and smiled. She lifted the bottom of her dress to reveal her wearing the converse she wore the night I purposed.

The wedding went on as a normal wedding does.
Butterflies. Kiss. Married. Party. Leave. Go home. Bang.

Two weeks passed and Sarah was sick for most of it. I didn't understand until Sarah emerged one day from our bathroom and said,

"Niall... I'm pregnant."

"Really?!"

Sarah nodded, "You're going to be a father. Niall, we're going to be parents."

I embraced her in a hug and kissed her lips.

"I've taken the test twice but can we get one more. Just incase." Sarah asked.

"Sure babe."

Sarah got in the passenger seat and in the driver seat. We drove.
I overjoyed about the fact that my wife was pregnant.
I don't know if I'll ever get use to calling Sarah my wife.
I turned and just smiled at her. I saw Sarah see me in the corner of her eye. She turned and smiled back. Sarah looked forward again and her eyes grew.

"NIALL WATCH OUT!" She yelled.

I looked back a little too late. The car crashed into a truck. Everything went slow. My head crashed the the window, making it shatter. Then everything went black.
