"Ugh, what have I done?!"
Jaehee groaned as soon as she woke up. She had a major hangover from the drinks she had last night. Though she didn't know how many she had but she knew she was very wasted.
Her hair was a bird's nest. She didn't even change from her outfit yesterday. Never in her life had she felt such a mess.
She sat on her bed, the pain shooting to her head immediately as a result of last night's. Groaning again, she decided to get herself cleaned. As she was trudging towards the bathroom, she started getting flashbacks of her night.
The girl managed to giggle at a particular memory. Funny, she thought to herself. She recalled having a wild dream, where she kissed a handsome stranger just to make her ex boyfriend jealous. That wasn't all, she dreamt being an adopted child as well.
Again, she laughed it off and forced herself to get up for work. The headache was killing her, so she needed some painkillers she had kept in the bathroom.
Jaehee filled the glass with water from the tap and as she was about to open the mirror to get the pills, she noticed something odd on her face or more particularly, her lips.
It was a shade of bright red, and most probably swollen. A sign, that she kissed someone before. It wasn't a dream? She almost screamed as the memory started to sink in slowly.
The club, all the glasses she had, the talk with the bartender and the guy named Donghyun or whatever.
Most unbelievably, the kiss. It lingered on her lips, like a ghostly figure. Her ex-boyfriend, her foster parents, everything from the moment she opened her eyes yesterday.
She almost dropped the glass, realising a huge mistake she made last night. The girl stormed out of the bathroom, forgetting about her headache and threw herself on the pillows, screaming her lungs out. Jaehee knew she was in a mess and this wasn't helping her at all.
At some point, she told herself to calm down. There was no way he took me seriously, she reassured herself. Maybe he didn't even remember the kiss, maybe they were both too wasted to recall anything at all. Yeah, it was a big world after all. There was no way they could just meet again.
Yep, let's just forget this ever happened. I'm never stepping into that bar again.

The girl was in a mess, but she was also in a hurry. She wasn't going to simply miss the first day of university as a sophomore.
KS University was a private and prestigious university in the country. It catered for mostly students around Seoul who were basically noblemen. How did she possibly got accepted?
Well that was simple, she got a scholarship. Though Jaehee aimed for the national university but somehow she got pushed into a private one. At first, she didn't like the idea of being an outcast among spoiled brats, but she survived.
They weren't so bad either, most of them never really attended class. However, some of them were normal and it never really bothered her as she was always busy.
Jaehee dashed through the lecture hall and luckily, the professor just entered. She sighed relievedly, just on time.
Of course, the only seats left were close to the front, which everyone hated because it was so close to the teacher. Fortunately, she managed to find a place to seat and next to her was a simple looking girl; cute and very neat.
