"What if Luke catches us?" Harry worries,"I mean, we just snuck past Cyndi, but what if she calls Luke and we'll both me in massive trouble."
"Harry, calm down. We're out in the daytime. People are around."
"And?"
"Oh, I forgot to tell you, I guess. Luke was lecturing me last night about hanging out with you at night where there aren't people. So I'm guessing I can be with you during the day." I smile, holding his arm closer.
"Basically, you're twisting his words." Harry laughs.
"You can say that." I lead Harry to a nearby bench.
Everytime someone passes us, they give Harry weird looks.
He looks at them with a sad smile, continuing people watching.
"Harry, why're these people giving you looks?" I bit my lip, instantly regretting asking him that.
"Me?" He turns to me, his green eyes looking directly at my eyes,"They're just judging me."
"Judging you? How would you know?"
"You can by their eyes, and their movements. Pretty simple if you ask me." He shrugs, watching the people again,"Like that man for example, see how he keeps on turning around to look at me. I bet he's judging my looks. He thinks I'm a freak."
"But you're not." I rest my head on my shoulders.
"But to other people, I am."
"They don't even know you. Who the hell are they to judge someone like that."
"Well, alot of people do know me. Just my name."
"Yeah, just your name. I just wish people would stop judging. Like Luke. He just suddenly thinks you're dangerous because you hit me, but he doesn't even know your story."
"But the thing is, it's never gonna stop. It's the real world. Peope judge, bully, and do all sorts of things that sickens us. All we can do is wish and just hope for the best." He sighs, silence falling upon us.
We just admire the beautiful city, and the cars driving by.
Harry plays with my fingers, kissing my hand every so often.
"Do you want to go that building up there?"
I point to the very tall building, that towers over all the others.
"Why?" He questions, looking at the skyscraper.
"Because I wanna lay down and admire the sky." I smile, getting up from my spot.
"But we can do that at the park. It's not too far from here." Harry purses his lips, turning his head towards the opposite direction.
"I know that, but it's better on a higher platform. It almost feels like I can touch the sky and see angels."
"If you wanna." He shrugs, taking my hand in his.
And that's where we went.
Laying down on the concrete, heads touching heads, pointing out clouds and just talking about nothing.
"You know, I really enjoy being with you." Harry whispers, over looking the city below us.
"Me too." I kiss his cheek, earning a smile from him.
We watch as people pass by, the lights turning on, and the sun slowly setting.
"We should get home. I don't want you to get in trouble again." He leads me back onto the streets, the sky turning darker, and the stars coming out.
