Prom night finally rolled in, means I'm in a rush to get ready and make everything perfect.

"Luke!" I look around the house in panic,"Where's my earrings?"

"I think you're holding them." He points to my balled up fists, where my white, round earrings were poking my palm.

"Oh, okay, thanks." I sigh, laughing as well.

"Calm down, will you?" He holds my shoulders,"Take deep breaths. You'll be fine."

I followed his instructions, giving him a warm smile and a thumbs up.

"The boys will be here in a minute." He tells me,"You sure Harry doesn't need a ride?" He mumbles loud enough for me to hear.

"He said he'd walk and I don't know why, but just let him walk." I appriciate him putting an effort to be kind towards Harry.

I run back into the bathroom, applying make-up, and throwing on my dress. I spin around, observing my look for tonight.

"Not bad." I nod at my reflection, checking to see if anything's sticking out.

I hear laughter and voices downstairs meaning the boys are already here.

I take in a deep breath and let out all my worries.

I pull open the door and try to walk the best I can in my black heels. All my life I wore sneakers and flats, barely trying on heels. So this is a new kind of experience for me.

I carefully walk to the top of the staircase, trying not to fall.

Luke took a glance up and back down to his friends, then back up at me.

"Woah." I could hear him whisper.

Ash, Cal, and Mikey's eyes all traveled to me, doing the same actions as Luke.

"Stop staring." I place my hands on my hips, walking down the flight of stairs.

"I can be your date tonight."Michael smirks, taking my hand and kissing it.

"In your dreams." Calum chucks his empty water bottle at Michael's green hair.

"Stop that!" Michael whines.

"You look really gorgeous." Luke walks over to me, pushing Michael aside, taking in my hands,"Harry's a lucky guy tonight."

"Thank you." I smile,"Who's your date?" I poke his chest.

"Calum." He lightly chuckles, turns his head to see the boys doing what they do.

"Well calum's one lucky guy." I twist my body and bring my arms back and forth, making Luke do the same.

"You guys are both horrible dancers." Michael passes us by, the other lads, following.

"We should get going." Ashton points at his phone screen.

"You're right." I let go of one of Luke's hand, holding the other one.

The whole ride to prom, Luke didn't let go of my hand.

I caught him give a few glances at me here and there, and I really wanted to know what going on in his head.

But I let it slide once Ashton parked outside of school.

"It's party time!" He cheers, giggling like a school girl right after.

I latch onto Luke's arm, searching the area for Harry.

"Do any of you see a brown haired lad?" I ask the boys, all of them responding with a "no"

"Good evening." A voice says behind me, tapping me on the shoulder.
