Peggy POV
....and Peggy.
That term has been around since Alexander came into our world at about 4th grade. Of coarse, it bothers me. People think I'm the third wheel. I'm even the forgotten sister. People always know Angelica and Eliza but I'm just the "and Peggy" of the group. It bothers me.
Will I always be just "and Peggy"? Or maybe there will come a day where I will become "Peggy Schuyler". But until then, I'm the odd one out.
I really care about my family and will do anything to keep them happy. So every time we go downtown even though our dad said not to, I always follow them. It's a hard choice to choose either my sisters' happiness or my dads happiness, but I always choose my sisters' happiness. Sometimes, I tattle on them, but I can't help it.
Maria and I are making our way downtown when someone passes by and says "Hi, and Peggy". Ahhhhhhhhhhhh that makes me so angry!!! I decided that it may be illegal to fight someone then maybe kill them, but let's give it a try.
....Maria stops me though.
Peggy- Yeah, you betta run, ya bish! Or else Imma haunt you in your dreams boi!
Maria- Peggy, calm down!
Peggy- I hate the whole "and Peggy" thing though! Just because I said it as a child a lot, that doesn't mean that I say it all the time and people need to say it all the time!
Maria- Hey baby, let's just go to your house. Eliza wants us there.
We walk home to find Eliza in front of the house jumping up and down with a huge smile. She tells us to go inside multiple times. Whatever. We walk inside to see yellow balloons and streamers, with a sign that says "Peggy and Maria" and not "Maria And Peggy" for the first time ever. There's also red and yellow presents with a chocolate cherry cake with red icing.
Maria- W-what's this?
Eliza- A party for you two!
Maria- Why?
Eliza- Just for fun.
Peggy- Why?
Eliza- Because I love you guys.
Maria- ....why?
Eliza- Because you guys are my best friends and you two have been acting different lately, so I wanted to see the old Peggy and Maria.
We open presents, eat the cake, and play some games. A few hours later, I decide to interrogate my sister.
Peggy- Eliza, what the hell is this about again?
Eliza- I was missing you two.
Peggy- What?
Eliza- Why were you avoiding us?
Maria- For reasons that we say.
Eliza- You guys can tell me anything!
Peggy- We can't-
At that moment, Angie comes running in.
Angelica- Margarita Jasmine Schuyler, we need to talk!
Oof another cliffhanger.
