John POV
The two of them have been gone for about 30 minutes, and we're all getting worried. We tried to distract ourselves by talking about the most random things: the weather, school, how my pet turtles are doing. But it didn't work.
John- Hey guys, should we go look for them?
Peggy- No, we should leave them with some privacy ;).
Hercules- Oh no, why'd you wink??
None of the girls answered. Instead, they crowded the park with giggles.
Lafayette- Mon ami, what is it?
Peggy- Do you boys actually think that we don't know what's going on?
Burr- Umm, that depends.
Angelica- You boys are trying to get Alex and Eliza together!!
Thomas- Whaaaaat?
Theodosia- Yep! It's as clear as water!
Maria- But I do agree, we should go looking for them.
John- Yeah.
We started walking, then we heard people whispering, crying, and muffled talking.
Thomas- Oh sh*t. Are they-?
Hercules- I hope not, or Alex is a f^cking pervert.
The group turned to corner and saw a beautiful sight: Alex holding a crying Eliza in front of a pond. They seemed to be calming down after crying.
Alex- It's ok. I am so sorry that we did all that stuff. I understand if you don't want to talk to us any more. I promise to never bother you again or-
Eliza- Alex, hey... Does anyone tell you how much you talk?
They started to laugh and playfully fight, hugging afterwards. But sadly, Thomas interrupted this piece of cuteness.
Thomas- Actually, almost every day.
All minus Eliza, Alex, Thomas- Thomas! Shut up!
Peggy- So, what were you guys just doing? About to make ou-
Luckily, I covered her mouth before her finishing that statement.
Alex- No, she was just telling me about your lives. Angelica and Peggy, I am so sorry for messing with you for all these years. If possible, I would like to start over, if you'll give me a second chance.
Eliza- I accept his apology. Angelica? Peggy?
All eyes were on them. For a few seconds, the sisters exchanged looks, their eyes doing all the talking.
Angelica/Peggy- I accept.
Peggy- PRAISE THE LORD, BLESS THIS GANG OF FRIENDS!!!
Friends? I guess part one of the dare is complete!
Eliza POV
We all walked back to the park. I didn't realize that me and Alex were holding hands until Theodosia spoke up.
Theodosia- Awww, would you look at that??
Maria- Aw, Eliza and Alex. Do you have something to admit?
Me and Alex exchanged glances and removed our hands. My hands are cold now. John and I worked on homework while the rest of the gang talked about life and other stuff (oops, wrong musical). We all spent the night laughing, singing, dancing, and smiling. I don't think I've ever been this happy.
They all make me happy, even Alexander. But I can't love him. I shouldn't have these feelings. But do I love him?
