Barry was running. He always ran, but this time, instead of running from villains or just because, he was running from himself.

From his FEELINGS.

It had all started when he met Len...

...

Barry was looking through mug shots when he suddenly he found who he was looking for. He showed Joe. "That's him," he said as he pointed to the picture to Joe. "Damn," Joe said. Damn, Barry thought. He's hot. "Leonard Snart," Joe continued suddenly. An even hotter name, Barry thought. Instead, he responded with, "Leonard? That's almost as bad as Bartholomew." Joe made a weird face. "Snart ain't sexy either." Who says?  "Snart's father was a cop-- A bad cop. Took his anger out on his kids until he went to prison." Really, thought Barry. His dad is in prison. We have more in common than I thought. He had to make sure he heard right. "Snart's Dad is in prison too?" he asked. "We should start a club." I hope we do. Maybe it could be something more.

...

Looking back, he still didn't understand how he had fallen so far and so fast. He was hot, sure, (and cold) he could time everything perfectly, (unlike Barry) and he wore a somewhat tight suit that showed off his curves. Need he list anything else?

But still. He had never fallen that hard (Iris doesn't count) for anyone. Ever.

Then he started fighting him. The banter slowly got to him, (pun intended) and he started to fall even faster. Soon, he even started to get small erections whenever he'd see him. Cold never noticed, (Barry didn't know if that was good or bad) but still. What was happening to him?

...

Len and Sara were at a bar. Len had been drinking, when she came over. He, was of course, extremely drunk. She was not. So, when he admitted that he liked her, she flat out rejected him. Somehow, that turned into going to Barry's place.

...

Barry heard a knock. That was weird. No one ever visited him.

He was curious. That was his excuse for what happened next.

He opened his door to find Cold, and as soon as he could, he charged Barry and grabbed his face. Barry, extremely confused, turned to face him, and then Snart made his move. He slowly leaned forward and kissed Barry. Barry, in total shock, opened his mouth without thinking. Snart, thinking this was an invitation, opened his as well.

It slowly continued, never thinking, never stopping, until they both passed out on Barry's bed.

Then morning came.

...

Snart felt like crap. He had used Barry. Being drunk wasn't a good enough reason. He had to tell him it was over. He didn't want to, but he had to. For Barry.

So he left him a note.

It would never happen again. And that he was sorry it had happened at all.

He felt like crap afterward, but it had to be done.

...

Barry woke to total bliss. He turned, wondering why he didn't feel any body heat. He still had his eyes closed, so when he felt the piece of paper, his heart clenched. Was this just, what? A one night stand? To get back at someone? Just being drunk?

He opened the letter and felt tears fall.

...

'Dear Barry,

I'm so sorry. I was drunk, and a friend of mine rejected me. This wasn't supposed to happen. It was great, but I don't do commitments. I wish this had been different. I really do. Hope this doesn't make fighting awkward.

Snart'

...

Turns out it was all of the above.

Huh? It was a mistake? It was perfect!

Barry was sobbing now. He didn't care about his pride. His crush had just said that sex was a mistake! Barry could feel his heart breaking.

...

Len was sitting in a Rogue meeting. All he could think about was Barry. His hands, his smile, his lips, his abs. Everything. He was amazing.

"Hello? Earth to Lenny?" Lisa said. Len blinked and looked up. Lisa had a weird look on her face, Mick was half sober, Mark was twirling a snowball, Sara was sharpening her knife, Rathaway was typing something, and Shawna was looking at Lisa. He hadn't heard anything from the last, (he looked at his watch) 20 minutes! He was in so much trouble.

Instead, she looked up at everyone and almost shouted, "Can anyone repeat anything of what I just said?" No one nodded except Shawna. Lisa threw up her hands and groaned.

He felt bad, but not that much. Now, back to thinking about Barry.

...

Barry was later than usual. Why? He was never more than a half-hour late. So why was he almost an hour late? the Captain wondered. Should he ask? Probably. "ALLEN," he bellowed. Barry visibly gulped and ran over. "Yes, Captain?" he asked. Singh raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry, Captain, but this morning went terribly and it was supposed to be amazing and I ended up being later than I was going to be, not that I planned on being late, but, um, I'm really sorry I was late. Please don't fire me," he finished.

It took a while, but the Captain finally replayed what Barry had said.

"Okay Allen, but I want you at work faster tomorrow," he finally said. Barry nodded and ran off.

...

Barry was a mess.

...

Len was a mess.

...

What had they done to each other?
