"Whitney, dear, what do you mean 'the piggies want to see me'?" I asked as Whitney pulled my arm in an effort to make me sit up.
"These big piggies want to talk to you." Whitney said as she finally managed to pull me into a sitting position.
"That doesn't make things too clear, but if I come talk to the 'piggies' will you let me go back to sleep?"
"Maybe."
"Fine..." I said with a sigh as I stood up whilst picking Whitney up by the back of her shirt.
"Oh no..." I muttered as I looked over the stone wall and saw a large group of pigmen, none of them looking too pleased.
"Wilson, why are there a bunch of angry pigmen here to talk to you?" Willow questioned.
"I wasn't on the best of terms with them when I left..."
"What in the world did you do to make them so mad, usually you can calm the angriest pigman with some food."
"I killed their king..."
"What?! How?! They can't even be hurt!"
"How would you know?"
"I saw one during a really long expedition."
I sighed from stress and continued "I poisoned him using nightmare fuel tipped darts..."
"... The odd implications of that aside, what do you think they want to do?"
"Probably to kill me, or at the very least maim me."
"Remember when we could go a day without something weird happening?"
"Nope."
"Yeah, me neither."
"Are you sure this is going to go well?" Maxwell asked as his three shadow clones prepared swords.
"If I don't talk to them they'll never go away, they're very persistent." I said as I opened the almost rotted door to my old camp.
"I'll make sure they don't turn you into bacon." Maxwell said as he patted my shoulder.
"What a shame, I think I'd taste good with a side of eggs."
"I can test that."
"I'm sure you would."
I finally stepped outside and looked into the faces of the rather angry looking pigmen. Most of them had scars and grayed body hair, the scars being from when I fought my way our of their village.
"W-Well hello, my fine gentlepigs! It has certainly been a while since we've last met. What brings you here?" I asked with a nervous tone and tapped my fingers together.
"We been looking for you." the biggest and oldest looking pigman said.
"Why?..." I asked while preparing myself for an attack.
"You king."
"I'm sorry, what?"
"You our king. Killed last one."
"... So I'm your new king?"
"Mhm."
"Just one moment." I said as I walked back into the camp.
"So, how'd it go?" Wendy asked after she stopped talking with Maxwell.
"I'm king of the pigmen."
"What?" Maxwell asked with a double take.
"Apparently killing the old king makes me the new king." I said with a confused happiness.
