I sighed and said, "I thought I was going to be trained." The Third Hokage didn't budge at my statement.
"You are about to. All you need to do is find scroll 192657." I sighed again and looked around at the scrolls again.
"How is one scroll going to train me? What makes it so special?" I scanned through the scrolls them moved over to another rack.
"You'll see once we find it." The Third was looking through his own scrolls.
192556
192656
192657
I smiled and pulled out the correct scroll.
"Found it." I walked over to the Hokage and handed it to him.
"Great." His eyes lit up and he took the scroll. He handled it with great care and set it softly on a large table in the middle of the room.
"After searching for hours I sure hope this scroll is as amazing as you say it is."
"Trust me, it's even more then I make it out to be." He spread the scroll across the table to reveal a lot of complicated hand signs. "I understand that you're slow." He said.
I nodded and slowly read the contents of the scroll. My eyes widened when I saw the title for the jutsu at the top. "Don't tell me this is the jutsu." The Third smiled warmly at me with a slight nod.
"We only have a month and it's a very hard justu, but if you practice really hard and train with me I'm positive you will at least be able to perform it once."
I looked at the scroll in a whole new light. This was a whole other level of jutsu. S-Rank level, Hokage level!
"Thank you," I said, giving my first genuine smile to the Third.

The scroll took me longer to read then I thought it would, and even longer to study and memorize it. By now it was late in the night and I walked slugishly to my home.
I entered through the gates and when I looked up I saw none other than Gaara on the roof. He was looking up at the moon with a thoughtful face.
I used my chakra to jump up beside him. "Hey," I said. He didn't acknolodge me.
I sat down beside him then fell onto my back, looking up at the stars in the sky. We sat in a comfortable silence. One that brought back many happy memories from long ago.
"Do you remember the time when you wouldn't even speak to me? I could've talked nonstop for hours and you wouldn't have said a word."
He didn't say anything for a minute.
"I'm sorry," he said. I looked over at him and noticed a frustrated frown accompanying his pale face. "I've caused you so much trouble and haven't done anything to make up for it. You say that I'm not, that everyone's wrong. But I am a monster." He put his head in his knees.
"You're right." His head shot up and I saw the trails of water running down his face. Gaara was such a vulnerable person. He acted so cold and heartless on the outside, but on the inside he was the most lonely and loving person anyone could meet. "You're a monster." His heart rate increased and he grabbed at his head.
I took both of his wrists in my own hands and forced him to look at me. "We are all that we believe we are and if you believe you're a monster than you are." I let go of his wrists and brought his body close to my chest. If he and I needed anything right now, it was the comfort of another.
