Mr. Bubblé's POV
"Mr. Goode does your unit feel any romantic feelings toward Ms. Petrovich?"
"As far as I know, Sir, no one has anything but brotherly love for Rebecca. We don't want to see her hurt, we want her safe and knowing how to protect herself. We have been dedicated to her training and have been trying our best to help her out."
"That is good. Keep on working with her."
There is a knock on the door.
"Come in."
Ethan Montoya and Princess Rebecca walk into the office.
"Thank you for coming to my office as soon as you got back."
"Well it wouldn't be a good thing to leave the Bossman waiting." Rebecca quips.
"Referring to me as 'Bossman' is not necessary, 'Sir' is perfectly acceptable Ms. Petrovich."
"Naw, I'm good. What did you call us here to discuss?"
"I wanted to ask you if you would be okay with joining Mr. Goode and Mr. Montoya's unit and subsequently their platoon, Echo Gamma?"
"I don't know what that means so if you would kindly explain what that entails then I might be able to give you a truthful answer."
"Sorry, being a part of a unit means that you will have your classes with and be working on building trust with those in your unit. You will be training with them, eating with them, and eventually you will be going on missions with them."
"That sounds similar to some of what is already happening with me and Zach and Ethan's unit. I have been training with them already. As long as they are all okay with it, I would like to try working with their unit."
"That is good. While you and Mr. Montoya were at your Hip Hop class I talked with the rest of the unit and they expressed that they were okay with you joining them. The entire platoon was okay with you joining them."
"Then I look forward to working with them."
"You know Ms. Petrovich, sometimes it is hard to remember that you are only 5."
"Thank you, Mr. Bubblé, I think."
"It just means that you are really mature."
"Thank you for clarifying for him Zach."
"Well since all that is taken care of, I think it is time for you all to get ready for dinner and the range after."
"But it isn't our night!?"
"I have arranged for you to take Ms. Petrovich to the range to start her gun and range safety certification so she can join you all when you go on Monday."
"Whose turn was tonight so we can thank them for giving up their time on the range?"
"It was the teacher's night and they will just go later. Start with range safety and then you can go to the indoor classroom to do the rest. The teachers can be on the range while you are in the classroom. The teachers will also make a good example of good gun range etiquette and safety."
"Well thank you, we will be off to dinner now."
Zach, Ethan and Rebecca leave the office and head to dinner.
