Mr. Bubblé's POV

"I would be a great asset if you trained me. You would have an in to get into high society events and access to funding if it was needed. No one would expect or accuse a princess of spying or doing something they shouldn't. I would be invaluable trained. Plus, I'm 5 now, the age you start training."

Princess Rebecca has been in my office for the past ten minutes trying to convince me as to why she should be allowed to take all the classes that our recruits take. While I agree with some of what she has said, there are just too many things that could go wrong in teaching her everything that we teach here. The students that come here normally have nowhere else to go or have no one left to care for them. While we don't necessarily remind them of it every day, the students here are expendable. If they aren't doing so well or get hurt, there is always someone that can take their place. But with the princess, if she gets hurt or even dies, there are a lot of repercussions.

Cutting off Princess Rebecca I ask, "Do you know what all we even teach our recruits Ms. Petrovich? Do you realize what you are asking me to allow you to do?"

"I'd like to think that I do Mr. Bubblé. You run a school for spies."

"I think you don't. I'm going to let you in on a very well-kept secret and then you can decide if you want to learn what those boys are learning." I take a deep breath, "We aren't a school for spies, we're a school for assassins. In other words, we take young boys and teach them how to kill without getting caught."

"Oh."

"Oh, is right Ms. Petrovich. Now you must decide if you still want to learn everything that those boys are learning. We can always come up with a personalized learning plan for you that will teach you most of what they are learning if you would prefer."

"Can I wait and give you my answer later?"

"No, I need an answer now."

"Can we come up with a personalized plan for now and then if I decide that I want to learn the other stuff later that I can?"

"We can, but I would prefer to do it now. Just remember that you can always learn something and never use it."

"Then I guess I sign up for all of the classes and learn it all and hope that I never have to use that knowledge."

"That sounds like a plan. Now if you will head to where ever you are supposed to be right now, I will get your new schedule and assignments to you later this evening. If you don't mind, on your way out please inform Dr. Holst that I would like to speak to her. Have a good afternoon Ms. Petrovich."

"You as well Mr. Bubblé."

Why do I agree to do somethings? We are going to end up traumatizing that little girl. That little girl that will one day have a lot of power. However, with how observant she is it is kind of impressive that none of the boys revealed just what sort of training they were receiving, especially those that are close to her.
