✂-------------Your pov
You fallen down the underground then taken by error. He said that you were a glitch, that you weren't supposed to exist. He kept you in the void, tied up. He used you as a puppet and always let out his anger on you, either mentally or physically. As time passed, you started to believe what he says. That your worthless, you can't do anything right, that your not supposed to exist. Right now, you were in the void, tied up. Your body was full with bruises and your eyes had lost the shine it had long ago. It was just dull, always full with tears. Then, you heard a portal open. You saw error in front of you, fighting another skeleton that looked like him. You didn't pay attention as dark thoughts surrounded your head. You sometimes get hit by both of their attacks but it doesn't matter. When did it even matter? All you were was a toy, a puppet. You then heard the strings snap. You fell. You were shocked as someone caught you. You looked up and saw that it was the skeleton that error was fighting earlier. He looked at you with worry and sympathy. Was he getting you out? The voice in your head scoffed. He's just getting you out because he pitied you. He only feels bad. Soon enough, he's gonna see how worthless you are and throw you back in here. You felt dizzy and you saw that you were in a different place but it's just another void. "Poor thing. Error must've kept you here for a long time." You felt something warm go throughout your body. You saw your wounds get healed. The skeleton put you down. You held onto him for support since you haven't stood in a very long time. Stop counting on others! They are probably mad and tired of you! The skeleton smiled at you. "Hey there! My name's ink! What's yours?" You tried to remember. You haven't heard your name in ages but does it really matter? Nothing about you really matters. You looked down. Ink chuckled nervously. He is probably considering on returning you to error. "Not to be rude but... Don't you have a name? Or do you not remember?" You shook your head. Ink sighed and mumbled something. He's regretting on even rescuing you. You tried to remember your name. After a few minutes, you spoke. "(Y-y...../n)....?" Ink looked at you, looking hopeful. "You remember?" You smiled. It's not that much of an achievement but whatever. "(Y-y... (Y/n)... My name's (y/n)." Ink smiled. "Nice to meet you (y/n)." His smile turned into a frown after remembering something. "How long were you kept there?" He said, concern lacing his voice. You looked at him. You didn't remember. Stop acting so weird and say something! But what were you supposed to say? You didn't even know how long you were there. Huh.... Proves how dumb you really are. You both stayed there until he broke the silence. "Don't you remember? Geez error..." He mumbled something. He then smiled at you. "Oh! You must be tired! Come on, I'll lead you to my house where you can stay." He held out his hand. You were a bit hesitant. He's already showing kindness and your denying it? How much of a horrible person are you? You took his hand and felt dizzy. Suddenly, you were in a house with lots of papers and ink around. Ink smiled and led you upstairs to a bedroom. He opened the door and you saw what you always see in an ordinary bedroom. You went in and sat on the bed. "I'm in the other room if you need me. Rest up, you need it." He closed the door as you were left with silence. He's probably sick of you already. Wasting his time. You laid down the bed as you spaced out. Soon enough, you fell asleep, falling to a pit of nightmares.
You woke up to someone shaking you awake. Your vision was all blurry with tears. "(Y/n)! Please! Calm down!" You curled up in a ball, voices overlapping in your head but you can still hear them clearly. You then felt somebody hug you. "Shh... (Y/n)... Calm down... I'm here..." You hugged back hesitantly. He's only calming you down so he can sleep. He just can't stand your worthless whining so stop it! The voices echoed. You let go and clutched your head, trembling. They won't stop. You can't even hear ink anymore. "T-they won't.... They won't stop... Please..... Stop...!" You stayed like that for a few minutes. You felt ink shaking you. The voices calmed down but they were still there. You put one hand on your chest, feeling your heartbeat slow down. ".../n)! (Y/n)! Please! Calm down!" You took deposit breaths, your eyes drooping down. You were emotionally drained. You just sat there. Ink rubbed your back and tucked you in bed. Your eyes closed as you instantly fell asleep out of exhaustion.
It had been 2 years since Ink took you in but yet he still doesn't know that your depressed. You always hid the scars, hid the pain... The voices only get worse. Sometimes, you even think of going back to the void. Besides, isn't that what you deserve? A never ending loop of torture. You were never supposed to exist. You were just a mistake. Why won't you end it all? Well, there was something that was keeping you alive. That was the small hope you have. A small hope that ink has the same feelings. Sure, it was silly, stupid even. You knew he wouldn't like an abomination like you but, you can't help but hope. That hope however, was slowly fading away. The scars growing even more, the closer you are to your deathbed. Today.... Today was that day.
You stood up. "Hey ink?" He looked at you. "I have to go somewhere. Please wait here." He nodded. "Alright but be quick quick! You wouldn't want to make blue and dream wait right?" You smiled and walked away from the small picnic spot.
You stood at the edge of the cliff, the wind blowing through your hair and clothes. You looked down at the cliff. The bottom was only white fog. You can't see the bottom. You looked up to see the sun go down. You would've stayed to watch it but, you can't take it anymore. You don't have enough time. The voices were multiplying, saying different things at once. Do it. Hurry up already. You smiled as tears went down your cheeks. Just one more step and it'll be all over. But...
Why can't you do it? It's like a force is stopping you. You looked around. Nobody is even here. Why do you suddenly want to back out? Wasn't this what you were supposed to do? Won't this make people happy? ... Will it make people happy? Your having doubts. You don't want to die yet! There was so much to explore! But this will make the world a better place. Without you, everything functions perfectly. Without you, everybody will be happy but.... Were you really sure? Are you sure that they will be happy? You always see ink so happy around you, wouldn't you hurt him if you do this? You wouldn't want him to mourn over you. Does he even care? More tears cascaded down your face as you gritted your teeth and balled your fist. Why...? You have already gone this far! It's too late to back out! Your body trembled. You heard footsteps. "(Y/n)! I- wait... (Y/n)? What are you doing? P-please step away from the edge." You heard Ink's voice quiver at the end. You looked behind you, your eyes becoming red and puffy. You saw ink. He looked worried and terrified. He shook his head, the look on his eye sockets already told you what he was thinking of. "No... Your not going to do what I think you will..... Right...? (Y/n) please... We can talk about this..." You can't take it anymore. You turned around and ran towards ink, pulling him into a hug. You cried on his shoulder. You felt him rub your back. "I-i-i d-don't want t-to die... B-but I-i want t-t-to make e-everyone h-happy." Ink hugged you tighter. "(Y/n), nobody will be happy when your gone. Please just remember this. We care about you. I care about you. I can't stand losing you. Please think of what the others will feel before doing this. You have to fight it but your not alone. I'm here with you. We will be here when you need us. Just talk to us if you need to, alright?" You nodded, your arms going limp on his figure. He kept whispering assuring things to you. You calmed down, taking deep but shaky breaths. "I-i..... Can we please just go home?" You asked. You just want to be home right now. Not anywhere else. Ink carried you bridal style. You were too tired to protest. He smiles at you. "Sure. Let's go." He opened a portal to his and your house. You closed your eyes, feeling safe on his arms as he went in. You were really glad that you met him. He's your only hope.
Sorry. That ending wasn't good. I didn't know what to do with it. I'm sorry that I barely update. I have many requests right now and I haven't even started anything on some of them! I'll try to update as much as I possibly can Kay? For now, I have to go. Bye potato chips! :3
