[ Taeyong | Sicheng | Ten | Johnny | Lucas | Jungwoo | Mark ]

[ In the library ]

The first thing Jungwoo notices is the stupid book he needs for his English paper is the one tucked on the highest shelf. The second thing? He's unsure if he can successfully get it, considering there weren't any ladders or staff nearby.

Biting his lip, he tries to reach for the book. It shouldn't be too bad. Sure, he may not have the height, but at least he has the brains! With all his strength, he slightly jumps upwards, tipping over the book.

"Romeo and Juliet?" A familiar voice says, as echoing through Jungwoo's ear. There's this gagging feeling coming upwards, almost as if this person was—

"Jungwoo, it's been two days and you're still giving me the silent treatment." Taeyong snatches the book and holds it into his hands. "If I become your Romeo, would you be my Juliet?"

Turning his head around, Jungwoo looks Taeyong straight in the eye. Just his luck. Of all the people to meet in the library, it had to be this jerkface. "Save it for someone who cares. What do you want, loser?"

"Didn't I tell you?" Taeyong continues, placing his hands into Jungwoo's chin. "Do I have to repeat myself?"

Jungwoo screams with his lips closed as he feels a pair of gross fingers touching his face. This sends every inch of his body into emergency mode as he really wants to punch this guy right in the stomach, but it's the library. He can't go on making a scene, every single time.

So what does he do? Being the classy guy he was, he politely asks him to keep his hands to himself. Of course, this was Taeyong of all people. Nothing was going to be easy. "I'll give you five seconds to disappear."

Tilting his head, Taeyong thinks for a moment. This was the longest face to face conversation he's had with Jungwoo and he's only getting started. "What if I don't obey? Are you going to punish me?"

Just when Jungwoo was about to combust, the universe probably heard his prayers. His S.O.S came in the form of the worst help ever, or better known as, Sicheng. With a heavy sigh, he couldn't believe this. Jungwoo was actually overjoyed to see his annoying rooster head pop up.

"Taeyong, what are you doing with this dweeb?" Sicheng chirps, looping his arms around Taeyong. Ah, this was the typical 'he's mine bitch' stare.

Sicheng doesn't have to worry at all. He can have all of Taeyong because, at the end of the day, Jungwoo isn't even interested in someone who not only is rude but also disrespects him as a person.

Taeyong furrows his brows as he unlinks his arms. He side-eyes Sicheng and continues to focus his attention on Jungwoo. "I'll be keeping this book. If you need it, you know where to find me."

Sicheng narrows his eyes towards Jungwoo as he sees Taeyong leaving. It was so obvious the real loser was actually, Jungwoo. He not only wasted so much effort locating this book and now it's in the hands of someone who loves pressing his buttons. Besides that, now he has to deal with an angry queen bee.

"I warned you, but you didn't listen." Sicheng twirls his hair, cocking his hip. "I'll make sure I teach you a lesson you'd never forget."

Yikes! Jungwoo is so scared. Ugh, he really doesn't have time to be worrying about this. "Gee thanks? Maybe I'll actually learn something."

A/N:
Taeyong the book snatcher 👿
It's quite obvious he doesn't read. Doesn't Taeyong know Romeo and Juliet ended up in a tragedy? Just like their non-existing relationship 🤧
