Stephen sat next to Grace on the bed, caressing her arm while she slept. When he'd went upstairs to check on her last night, after her little cooking escapade in the Kitchen she'd past out cold on the floor walking over to him.

Grace's entire body was covered in a sheen of sweat mumbling out incoherently to him, her breathing had become faster as her skin cooled down to the touch, and Stephen hopes 't she wouldn't have to endure this part of the change much longer.

He heard the knock on the bedroom door, "Knock, knock," before Sydney inters into the room," Hey, how's are a girl doing?" She asks with concern in her voice.

"She'll be fine soon, I just hate to see her like this Sydney," His hand cups her cheek.

"How long do you think Grace will be like this? She asked.

" She could stay this way for days, in and out of conscious, It's difficult to say every person differently, " he said, looking up at Sydney.

"Stephen, go eat, I can stay with Grace for a while if there are any changes I'll call for you immediately. I understand you don't want to leave her, but you need to keep your strength up just encase 'shit hits the fan' around here."

"You're right Sydney, I'll go have a quick bite," He leans in first giving Grace a kiss on her forehead, then stood up from the bed walking over to the doorway, before he leaves the room he looks back at Sydney," I just wanted to say thank you Sydney, for all you and Sicily's help."  "You're welcome,  Stephen." He then turns and walks outof the doorway.

" See, I told you that Stephen's a good guy," She said down at Grace.  As Sydney stood there next to Grace's bed, she heard Grace mumble out, "Kane...Please."  Hearing Grace talking about Kane left Sydney with a very uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach, she just hoped to God that the spell was still working, Sydney sat down next to Grace and listens more closely to what Grace was saying her.

* Grace's dream *

Grace stood in an old broken down city, she could hear blood culling screams in the night, they came from all directions around her.

She ran and tried to hide next to some old stone walls, but when Grace leans her body up against one it gave-way against her body's weight crumbling into like blocks of sand beneath her.

Grace stood up from the ground steadying her legs a minute before she begins to run again. She ran through the darkened alleyways of the city keeping herself hidden from danger, tho she never ran into a single soul, she could still hear the screams around her.

When Grace's lungs began to burn, and heartfelt like it was going to explode into her chest, she stops to catch her breath for a moment, as she hunches down to place her hands onto her knees to catch her breath. she notices a massive stone building before her.

She thought, if she could make it over to the lager structure there would be more places to hide in, it defiantly would be safer then out here in the alleyways of the city. Grace pushed herself to run faster over the massive structure.

When she makes it over to the stone building, she crawls through one of the open windows that had been covered up at one time by wooden shutters.

Grace was about through the window, when one of her feet catches on the stone ledge causing her to fall flat on her butt, "Awe, stupid floor," She mumbles out, She picks herself up off the floor then rubs her sore butt then quietly began to look around for a place to hide, 'Goodness this place was enormous' she thought.
