Today is my audition, but I'm not seeing myself as a bella. I'm only doing this for Chloe. I know it's stupid, because I have a so-called girlfriend, but I can't stop the butterflies when I see her. Bella said that I need to tell her how I feel about her, but I can't do that. I mean, she has a boyfriend and she thinks Lindsey is my girlfriend. I love Lindsey, I really do, but I don't feel enough to actually be her girlfriend. Maybe we need to stop? I can't date someone who's doing all sorts of things with her boyfriend.

,,Are you thinking about Chloe?" Stacie looks at me and I shake my head.

,,No, I was thinking about Lindsey."

,,You're not going to fall in love with her right? You need to make Chloe jealous, not fall in love with Lindsey."

,,I'm not falling in love with her, the only one I love is fucking that Tom guy."

,,Aw Bec, I'm pretty sure she'll love you eventually. Tom's a jerk and I'm not overreacting."

,,Wait, what do you know about Tom?"

,,A lot more than you obviously, but shouldn't you go to the auditions?"

,,Yeah, but I'm not sure anymore."

,,Bec, it's your chance to do something you love. Your mashups are freaking awesome, don't waste your talent."

,,You heard my mashups?" Now a little blush comes on her face.

,,I'm sorry, I was just curious. You didn't want Chloe to hear and I know why. How did you even got that footage of her?"

,,I have my sources, but I have to go now, I'm already late." I give Stacie a hug and walk towards the auditorium.

The moment I walk into the auditorium, way too late of course, Chloe immediately smiles at me. Did she think I wouldn't come? I'd promised, right? I walk over to Aubrey and Chloe.

,,You're too late, Beca." Is the first thing Aubrey says.

,,Well excuse me?! You didn't tell me what time I had to be here right? So obviously I'm not too late." Chloe giggles a little bit and my heart explodes.

,,That doesn't matter, because the auditions are over."

,,Okay fine, I guess you don't want the mashup then?"

,,You already finished?" Now both of them are looking at me surprised.

,,Yeah, you needed it right?" Chloe looks over to Aubrey with a begging look.

,,Fine, do your audition." Says Aubrey and Chloe cheers, what makes me laugh. I sit down on my knees and points to the yellow cup in front of Chloe. A song pops into my head and it isn't even a song they know. I've written it myself and I know it will blow their minds.

,,Can I use that cup?"

,,Yeah, if you need it." Says Chloe. Aubrey only looks at me with a raised eyebrow. She obviously doesn't like me or she's good at pretending. I begin to empty the cup from the markers and begin to drum on it, so it looks like a beat. After a few beats, I start to sing and can't keep my eyes off of Chloe. She's so beautiful! Why is she even dating a moron? She deserves so much better! Ugh, why am I in love with my best friend? I'm ruining our friendship! When I'm finished, I look over to Aubrey. I need her approval of course because she's the captain. I can see she's impressed, but she doesn't say anything. After what seems like forever, she finally speaks.

,,Thank you Beca, you'll probably hear it from Chloe first because she's your best friend." I nod and give the yellow cup back to Chloe. Our hand's touch and I feel electricity through my whole body and I guess Chloe feels it too because her cheeks become red. Wait, does that means she's in love with me too? I can't think about it, because Aubrey interrupts my thoughts. ,,But you have a good chance of being a bella."
