"Clementine Marrok!"

Mist had been going over the reapings because her drunk mentor Haymitch had told her to - just before he passed out. She had gotten to the District 11 Reapings when something, or rather, someone caught her eye. A little girl, Clementine, maybe 5 or 6 years old, had been reaped. She looked strangely familiar.

Mist thought back to last year's Games. Her best friend Prim had been reaped and was allied with a girl. What was her name? Ree? Ro? Rue. The little girl looked very similar to Rue, now that Mist thought about it. Clementine's crying family looked just like the family from District 11 on Cato's Victory Tour-

The penny dropped. Clementine was Rue's little sister! Mist remembered clearly now from the Victory Tour, a boy and three girls. She swore to herself that she would do whatever it took to keep Clementine safe during the Games - well, as safe as she could get in the Hunger Games. She remembered that she had the advantage of being one of the oldest tributes in the Games, seeing as the only other 11 year old was Sable Farhart, from District 10. Maybe they could strike an alliance!

She decided that she would have an alliance with Sable and Clementine, and maybe-

But they were all so young! But she couldn't ally with everyone! But the Careers might kill them! But, but, but. Mist didn't know what to do. Maybe she should just stick with her pack of three for now.
