Chapter 15

~Skylar POV~

Jenner show us our rooms, first time in along time I got my own room! Becca room right cross the hall and Daryl room next to hers'. He also show us the showers, good, now I can take a shower because I stink. I jump in the shower,

"Thought you'd change the weather, start a little storm, make a little rain but I'm gonna do one better hide the sun until you pray. I'm a tornado looking for a soul to take." I started to sing, I'm not a very good singer so I sang low, so no one couldn't hear me. I smiled to myself because I was thinking of the day I find my husband! Why will I do, or say? How can I tell him I lost the baby because I was being so stupid. More the negative thoughts came, less the happy thoughts stay. I got out of the shower, put on a the clothes I only had with me back on which was a red tank top and blue jean shorts with fishnets and boots."You really like red" I heard a voice behind me as I walk toward my room. I look and smiled, "hi Dale, yeah red is my favorite color, mostly crimson! Mr. and Mrs. Smith, thought I was sick because I was abnormal" he just nod, "listen tell your sister to watch out on Shane, he been different ok" I nod as he walk away, "goodnight Dale"

"Night Skylar" he said as he shut his room door, he was worry over Andrea, and it understandable to just wish she could see it. I was going toward my room but I went to grab a book to read. As I got near the small library or whatever you call it, the door slam shut. I listen in and heard Lori and Shane. I heard Lori begging Shane to stop, I open the door. Shane stop and look at me, "ummm....bye" he said and walk out the room. I look at Lori and gave her an confused looked, she started to cry. I shut the door, and hugged her.

"How long?"

"Since we learn Rick was alive"

"How you know he was dead?"

"Shane told me"

"And you believe him? You didn't go look?"

"I was worry about Carl"

"Listen if he try to do that again let me know! I beat his ass until he wish he was the dead" she said at me, "promise you won't tell Rick!?"

"I won't but you have to, but you can not wait until its too late" I open the door, let her out first. "Sorry for acting like a bitch to you when...."

"Hey don't be, I be a bitch to myself too" we giggle and say goodnight. I didn't grab a book but I fell asleep fast.

In the morning, I got dressed and head to eat with the others; eggs and wine. Yummy, I started to eat but look up as Shane was the last one in. He stared at me and Lori the whole time. "Everything ok between you three?" I jump to Rick question, I look at Lori and she shook her head no, "yeah everything just fine" I took a sip of wine, Becca gave me an odd look like she know something was up but this time I'm not going to say anything. Carl smiled as he seen me and his mom talk and got along that morning. As everyone follow Jenner, I went to my room and sit on my bed. I play with the ring on my finger, "are you even alive?" I ask myself, thinking about my husband, i dont know how long it was until I heard a knock on my door. I open it, it was Lori and Carol. "Will you watch the kids for awhile?" Babysitting, great..."sure" the kids took my hands and drag me to the library. I watch them play checkers, I let them beat me. I look at the door way, Daryl standing there drinking the rest of the wine out of the bottle. "Got you again Sky!" Carl said, I look down. Damn how in the hell he did that, "did you cheat?" I look at him, I heard Sophia giggle, "no" he said, I smiled "Sophia just told on you" he look at her and she giggle again, I laugh and mess up his hair. "I don't care, it just a game" I smiled at him and he smiled back, they went back to their mothers. I walk back toward my room, I smelt that wine and strong from Daryl room. I check in on him, surprise Becca not with him then it kick in. If she not with Daryl then she with Shane, I walk over to Daryl. "Daryl have you seen Becca?"

"Yeah, she went with Shane, Rick, Glenn and T-Dog to look at something that I really don't care about right now"

"Are you sure Rick and them, are with her and Shane!?"

"Yeah, why?" He look at me, he was drinking and cleaning his arrows and his bow. "I just don't trust Shane around my sister"

"Reason why?" He got up hold the wine bottle in his hand. "I don't have to tell you, I'm going to look for her" I was push up on a wall, "tell me why"

"Your a horny fucker when your drunk, are you?"

"Still wanting round two" then a awful sound came out of no where. He roll his eyes and walk toward the door, seen someone grab his wine and he follow them. I left the room everyone was following Jenner. I went toward my room and grab my katana, I walk to the main room where everyone was at. "What the hell is going on?" I asked before I made it to the door way, Becca look at me and that all I seen. The door shut me out, "BECCA!!!!" I yelled.
