Chapter 44

~Sky POV~

The next day, I went with Michonne, Carl and Rick into a town that Carl, Rick and Lori came from. Michonne was driving and the ride was silent until,some man was on the side of the road yelling for us to slow down, but Michonne speed up. I look at Carl and Carl look at Rick, we go to a point where there was cars all over the road and one was on top of a walker. Michoone got the car stuck, i roll my eyes. Great, i thought to myself. Then walkers cover the car, Rick look in the back at us. "Cover your ears" Carl did but i cover Carl also, muff the sound out even more. Damn, i wish i did after killing the walkers, my ears was ringing. "Thanks" i heard in the middle of the ringing, i look it was Carl. "For what?" i asked, "for covering my ears and muff out more of the sound..."

"yeah? well I'm hearing ringing....it sound funny" i smiledd at him, he didn't smiled back. I look down, as i try to help out with the car. Carl and Rick to each other. Then we heard the same guy, "Shit" i said, Rick hit the car and got unstuck. We got in, i look down. I would of help but, it was up to Rick. I was scare he might drop me off somewhere and leave me. 

We finally reach the town, we got out. "Cute small town" i said, Rick look at me, we walk into a people station and thre was no guns. Rick got mad, Michonne and him was talking. "So we have to go into town?" i said, "got a problem?" he look at me and Michonne "no, we don't Michonne said, i look at her "no-" i stop myself, "no,  we don't" Rick nod at us, we walk out the station. Past an opening, seen someone been here because of burned bodies. We into the middle of the town, and stuff was all over the road signs that say turn back. "Look like someone already made this their's" Michonne said, "That doesn't mean, they have what we are looking for" Rick said, we keep on moving. "There. Trylle, shotgun and two hand guns" Rick said at he pointed, I seen Carl look back so did i, we seen a walker. Michonne was about to go kill it but "Wait, she get caught" Rick said, when she hit the barewire, we heard a gun shot. We look up to a roof, "put them up, now drop what you got and you go! You guns, your shoes and that sword" i look at Michonne, Rick whisper to Carl. He started to count, "Carl go!" Rick yelled and started to shoot at him, Carl ran one way and me and Michonne ran the same way. We was on the roof, the guy was on the ground going after Rick. Carl shot him, we all went to the man. "You ok?" Rick ask Carl, "yeah" Carl said

"I told you run for the car" i look at them, guess i didnt hear that, ""I didn't want you have to do that-"

"I had to" Carl said, Rick knock on the man chest, "He wearing body armor" Rick start to remove it, "He alive" Rick said, "Do we care?" Michonne said, Rick took off the mask, the look on his face said it all. "Yeah..."

Moment later, I sit next to the body. As Rick and Michonne went toward his building. They came back and pick up his body. They carry him inside as me and Carl follow. We got to a room, "Wow" i siad, i seen Daryl a new crossbow, i seen something better for me. "A new Katana!" i said, I grab it. Red, my favorite color. I look at Michonne, "Wanna spra when we get back?" i smirk at her, i started to look around. "No, we wait for him to wake up" Rick said, the him and Michonne started to talk, "Either way, im keeping this katana" they look at me, "what? just incase he won't let us have any, i'm going to run with it" Rick and Carl roll their eyes. Carl look at the wall and Rick follow, "what you see?"

"its our nieghborhood. It's gone"

"is that the reason you wanted to come? to see the house. Carl"

"I-I just wanted to come" Carl said, then we heard a crunch, "we eating his food?"

"Mat did say welcome" Michonne said, i smirk to myself. 

"I'm going on a run"

"Where?"
