"LILLLYYY!!! Are you ready yet!?" Denny hollers up the stairs to her. He had been calling her for almost fifteen minuets, at this rate they would be late meeting Tony for dinner.
"What in the hell is taking so long?" Denny say's to him self. Looking at his phone one more time, he turns to go up the stairs when he see's Lilly standing at the top looking down at him.
"Some one impatient?" She asks with a giggle. She starts to walk down the stairs and when she reaches Denny at the next to bottom step she stops and looks at Denny and his big smile.
"You look beautiful." Denny tells her.
"Just something I found in my bag. Nothing much." Lilly tells him. She had found a purple v neck cut tee shirt and a dark denim color of jeans in the bottom of her bag, along with a pair of low cut boots with a small heel. She had taken the time to put on some make up and do her hair. She wasn't for sure why, she just wanted to make her self look pretty tonight.
"Sorry I took so long. I couldn't get my hair to look right." Lilly looks into his eyes, with a small smile.
Denny pulls her from the bottom step, lifts her up and wraps her legs around his middle.
"Shouldn't we be going to dinner?" Lilly asks him.
"In a minuet." Denny tells her.
Pulling her into a kiss, walking her over to the couch he sits her down. Deeping the kiss he pushes her back on the couch.
Pulling away breath less, he say's "I guess we better go to dinner. Tony will be wondering what took you so long."
Denny gets up and offers his hand to help Lilly up. She takes his hand and gives him a look.
"What?" Denny asks her.
"Me? YOU were the one that kissed me for five minuets. It's not all my fault!" Lilly tells him with a look, she walks past him and walks to the door.
Denny was right behind her smacks her on the butt and say's "You keep telling your self that sweetheart. You know you wanted me to kiss you." Denny opened the door and Lilly walked past him giving him a look.
Chuckling to him self he walks to the car, opens the door for Lilly and runs around and gets in the drivers side.
"Ready for dinner?" Denny asks her, as he starts the car and pulls out of the drive way.
"Yes. Where are we going?" Lilly asks him.
"One of my favorite places to eat!" Denny tells her. "I hope you like it just as much as I do."
"I'm not picky. I'll eat any where!" Lilly tells him. Thinking back to her lunch with Tony she say's "Tony took me to Burger King today. He had to use his special card." Lilly tells him with a laugh.
"He used that card on you to? When he first got that thing he was taking everyone out." Denny tells her with a laugh. "He thinks he's hot shit with that card."
Lilly starts to laugh harder, and starts to hold her side, it was still a little tender.
"You okay baby? I didn't make you over do it today did I?"
Denny reaches over and takes her hand, rubbing his fingers along the back side of her hand.
"I'm okay. It just hurts when I laugh real hard." Lilly say's smiling at him.
The rest of the way to dinner, they held each others hands, and drove in the quiet.
------
Tony looked at the time on his phone for the third time in two minuets. Where in the hell were they? Denny had text him and told him to meet him at 6 at Red Rocks, Denny's favorite restaurant. He had sat down at least ten minuets ago, and they were now fifteen minuets late. Sighing he looks at the time again. Sending Denny a text to make sure they are okay. He sit's a back and sips his coke waiting on Denny and Lilly to show up.
