The 5SOS boys are living a normal life as popstars, until the day of Lukes birthday when he and Calum go out to the bar and nothing is the same again. With Calum in a coma and Luke refusing to leave his side, things seem to be going downhill quickly. But the day Ashton barges in to the room with a way to get him out of the coma, it seems the only way out for Calum would be for someone to get into his thoughts and pull him out. Will the boys take the risk of losing their own lives for Calum, or will they all stop thinking?
